Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Dunham

This house was as in the photos. This house is a very beautiful property and well-equipped. The house and very welcoming and warm. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again😀. Thank you Nicolas for the fluid communication!

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. Quaint farmhouse in the middle of the mountains, gorgeous fall foliage, nice surrounding town. We visited the Vermont Apple Orchards about 25 minutes away and that was fun! We also walked up along the road/trail and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful scenery. One take-away from the experience is the significant amount of lady bugs/insects we encountered not only directly outside of the house, but inside the house. They were everywhere: particularly, along the walls, on the ceiling, in the shower, flying over our heads as we sat on the couch or bed. Was a bummer that we had to take 30 minutes out of each day to sweep away the insects/lady bugs in order to enjoy our peace and quiet. We asked the host about this and his property manager answered that it is what it is in this case, though I recommend perhaps working on the infrastructure of the home to better mitigate this issue.

Beautiful home to stay in. We were up visiting family and it was perfect and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Would definitely stay there again!

We spent two comfortable nights at the “Small Town Oasis” while visiting our child who attends a local university. Honestly, it felt like we were at a family member’s house. The home had everything we needed to relax, make a family dinner and more. It was warm and inviting, and had all the conveniences we were hoping for, including local shops and restaurants. When I had questions, my messages to Andrew were quickly answered. Thank you for a great getaway - and the snow was a wonderful ending to our experience. We look forward to booking again.

Ryan took a 1900's home and converted the inside to a cozy, spacious, comfortable up to date get away. The charm of the house is not lost in the rustic outside of the house. Wonderfully stocked kitchen and utensils and towels and towels and more towels (it was great). On a hill with views of the lake and mountains (when we went) and sunrise were appreciated. Close to town and other charms of Newport. Ryan is gracious host. Where else can you park your truck in a garage? Hoping to revisit Newport in the Spring and his house.

Very nice place, very spacious and well appointed. All on one level which made it easy. Nice backyard. One caveat, it is not downtown Sherbrook, but in the suburbs. This was fine with us as most of our excursions were not in the city anyway, and it was an easy drive over to Magog. However if you are looking for a downtown location with everything within walking distance, this might not be for you. It fit us fine.

clean, spatious and private. we were a group of 15 and had a very enjoyable stay. The heated pool was appreciated by everyone. communication with host was excellent.

This was one of our favourite places we have stayed in. The old century home charm and authenticity of this place brings you to a true feeling of life in the past with an extra touch here and there with all the amenities and more to be as comfortable as if you were at home. Had an amazing stay at Danny's place! The views of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking, and with the fresh snow, it truly felt like we were in the middle of a winter wonderland. The stream by the property added to the whole experience. On top of that, Danny was an exceptional host — very gracious, helpful, and always reachable. He went out of his way to provide extra touches, like wood for the campfire and sleds for the kids to enjoy sliding down the hill on the property, which made the experience even more memorable for them. I highly recommend this place — 100% would stay again!

Brigitte was very responsive and friendly. The place was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day of travel. The location was perfect for us and the surroundings were beautiful, would definitely recommend this place!

I visited with 3 others and the beautiful, open concept, contemporary space was perfect for a friend’s weekend. Elevator access was a plus. The apartment was made extra cozy with the gas fireplace, and comfortable beds. The convertible couch was as expected (coin toss for that). The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. We took our AM coffees to the lovely roof terrace with views of the ski hill and space for a little yoga. We visited a nearby spa, so did not use the hot tubs or fire pit located on the property (sadly too late for the pool), but we checked them out and it all looked terrific, if you have the inclination. Our host was extremely accommodating and prompt in her response to questions. We would absolutely stay in Helene’s properties again!

We were in the area for a wedding, and had a wonderful time! The home is spacious, and had everything we needed. The view and the gardens are lovely!

We had a pleasant stay with friends and family. This beautiful home has allowed young, medium and old to indulge in the activities of their choice indoors or outdoors. Stay with 6 friends and we were very happy with our getaway. The house was large with a lot of privacy in the bedrooms spread over 3 floors. All the amenities worked perfectly and there were plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking. Thanks to the landlord for their availability. We recommend it and hope to do it again next year!

Perfect stay with friends (6 couples). Truly an amazing setup both outside with tennis, the place for fire and inside with several rooms with a lot of character. The only more negative sides were the comfort of the beds and an issue with the SPA water but the host responded well. I'm going to suggest it to others and we'll definitely go back
