Comfortable, full of character and style. A very comfortable base in a great location - easily walkable to old Hastings and its amenities as well as Hastings and the shopping centre/train station. Great local recommendations and very clear instructions. A perfect base.

This is an excellent place for two families to have a comfortable, happy stay. There’s loads of activities in the house that are geared around social interaction and family bonding the space is light and well designed and the kitchen is well equipped. The walk to Whitstable is around 45 minutes and a perfect length to build an appetite and keep kids entertained as you pass along the coastline. We hope to return.

A beautiful house right on the sea front - amazing views from the lounge and top bedroom. Kate was a brilliant host and had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We were a group of 7 and there was plenty of space including lots of bathrooms. Free on-street parking right opposite the house and a short walk to local facilities.

we absolutely loved staying here, a beautiful house with an incredible beach side location. Strolling through the back garden and straight on to the sand dunes was a real treat. The interior of the house is incredible and hugely relaxing and it had everything you needed for a lovely stay. would love to come back one day again.

We had a lovely family gathering here. Loved the close proximity of the beach and had some lovely walks from the door with the dogs. We ate in and the kitchen was very well equipped for larger numbers. The two lounges worked well for us we used one as a playroom. The rooms were spacious, larger than in the photos and lovely and warm. Jo was a very good host, with clear and warm communication.

Fantastic well equipped house well suited for our pre Christmas family get together. The bedrooms are stunning and the ground floor worked brilliantly for 9 of us of all ages. The garden is private and peaceful, and the seafront is a couple of minutes away. Perfect!

We had a wonderful holiday here. Everything was as described and to our complete satisfaction. The location of the apartment is really very nice, close to the sea and yet very quiet, so you can relax well. Everything you need ( bakery, supermarket...) is within walking distance. The furnishings of the apartment are cozy and very tasteful and leave nothing to be desired. In particular, the kitchen equipment is high quality and very extensive, so nothing is missing. We were very enthusiastic about the nice host Blandine. She was flexible with our arrival time so we didn't have to wait, was always available, very warm and gracious. We felt comfortable all around and can fully recommend it.

Enjoyed a wonderful Christmas here. House was perfect. Had everything we needed and the beachside setting was just perfect for walks with the dogs. We will most certainly be back Thank you 🤩

We had our annual family New Years get away and found this lovely house. We arrived and immediately after opening the door knew we had found a gem of a property! With four of the five rooms having en-suites, all with ample space and storage if needed, it only left a fight for the master which had a unique and beautiful en-suite. The kitchen was fully equipped and kindly the table was set up ready for us, which was among many nice touches they’ve done throughout the house. A kitchen diner/lounge area had plenty of room for us all to eat/chill and relax. Then without forgetting the large garden! With a child’s play area at the back and a hot tub for the adults what else did we need?! Ha there is also a swimming pool too. Everything in this house was to such a high spec, clean and not that we needed it but our host replied within 10minutes to any questions we had before arriving! Would highly recommend staying here, if it’s free when you’re looking, book quick!!

Nick is a great host - very welcoming and helpful with recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The accomodation was really clean, well-equipped, and imaginatively designed to make the best use of the space available. The location was perfect - it's a five minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Margate and Broadstairs. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back.

Lovely place to stay. I would say that it’s suitable for 2 adults and then 2 small children rather then 3/4 adults just as you felt you was on top of each other sometimes. Checking in was easy as key is in a key box so didn’t need to worry about ok t arriving in an allotted time slot. The only thing we found a little annoying is we had to explain each time we entered the site what lodge and where we had booked it from, I would maybe suggest that there is a code provided to guests to use at the barriers instead? Apart from that it was easy and a lovely base for us as we didn’t mind a further drive out we went to Canterbury for the day and it only took 1 hour. The beds were very comfortable and the lodge was just a lovely place to stay in general. Thank you to Ross for letting us stay and for being so responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

A first-class experience in a first-class home with a first-class host. We were three families with five kids and found the layout more perfect than we could have imagined. The kitchen/living space/dining table is all of one space for great flow. And the office/auxiliary room was ideal for giving the kids (and us!) some privacy. Oh, and the hot tub is fantastic. Bobby is incredibly responsive. Would highly recommend!

We had a great week at Claire and Rémi's beautiful house. Everything is done to make you feel at ease. The house is very nice, functional with a beautiful sea view. Claire and Rémi are very welcoming and available. We were even able to take advantage of the pool!

A great stay to celebrate Christmas with the family, by the fireplace, around a beautiful tree and nice little gifts as soon as we arrive! Nikitia was very attentive to us and even recommended several Christmas activities in the area...

Our holiday was for a group of 10 over the New Year's Period. Beach Haven was just right for the trip. The location, just set back from the road but right across from the dunes/beach is a real draw. The main living/dining area is spacious, attractive and atmospheric – perfect for cooking commnual meals and hanging out as a group. The 5x bedrooms and 3x bathrooms are comfortable and offer a decent amount of privacy away from the main space. As most of the group had to work in the course of the trip, the second living room was also very helpful as an alternative workspace/a place to take meetings and calls. We had an excellent stay and would happily recommend.

Amazing stay! Located right on the beach, beautiful views and only a short walk along the beach to the harbour and high street! First time in Whitstable and we cannot wait to book again for our return visit!

We had the best time staying at Ben’s place. We’ve visited Margate many times and this place just topped off a great NYE visit. The place was even better than the photos and we felt at home immediately. The art and decor was stunning, beautiful design whilst also feeling cosy. Would love to visit again in the future. Thank you so much for such a great break!

A wonderful few days by the beach! We had the best time in Hannah’s lovely home, we walked to the beach for sun rise, sun set and in between as it’s only 5 mins walk. And would head into Rye for a mooch around the shops and bite to eat. It’s such a pretty town to spend a few hours. The house was so well equipped with everything and more (even an electric milk frother perfect for hot chocolates after a cold day!). Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Finally, Hannah was so responsive and helpful with suggestions. We were so happy overall, thank you!

Great place to stay with plenty of room for 8 adults. Very clean and well equipped. Lovely location right on the beach and very easy to find.
