Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Dry Ridge

This was the most well-equipped rental we’ve ever visited. It has everything you need, and everything is in good condition. The house is large, spacious and perfect for our group, especially with the first floor bedroom and full bath.

We booked Rodneys place months ago for 7 girls to stay in after going into downtown Cincinnati to bar hop and celebrate my sisters engagement! It had more beds then I expected (pull out beds on almost every one), was absolutely stunning and was perfect for all the pictures my sister wanted to do! The basement steps were a little steep and one of my sisters did fall down them but she's super clumsy so this is a given. Even with texted pictures on how to work the hot tub, none of us could get it heated past 75 degrees, which was rather disappointing. Either way, Rodney was super responsive, messaged me every morning and night to check if we needed anything, and texted me within half an hour with the pictures how how to work the hot tub. Highly recommend!

This place was wonderful for our group! The kids needed space and they got it at this house! It was so nice to have MANY outdoor activities such as basketball courts, kayaking, a hot tub, scooters to roll around on, hiking path, and just lots of room everywhere! The house was great and provided the space we needed to eat, sleep, etc. We were impressed with everything. The showers got cold after awhile, but that is to be expected with that many people showering and doing some laundry. When we planned better, then it wasn’t a problem. The hosts were great to work with and responded right away whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I hope to stay there again when I bring a group to Kentucky in the future!

Absolutely loved our stay at the peacock house. The perfect house for a larger group with plenty of space for everyone. We came to Kentucky for the Ark and Creation Museum and this house was in the perfect spot. Close enough to the attractions but also tucked away in the country where it was peaceful and quiet. If you need a home with more than four bedrooms this one is a great choice!

This was an overall comfortable stay, within walkable distance to the vibrant Over the Rhine neighborhood! Though, I would not characterize the building as "modern" as described in the listing (most notably, there is a narrow set of stairs to the apartment), the apartment was comfortable and clean. The beds were especially great, and our group of 5 comfortable spent time in the kitchen and living room. The Chrises were responsive to some minor maintainance concerns I shared over chat, their neighborhood guide was great, and there really was a lovely view of the skyline to top it off.

Pretty straight forward for a one night stay. Extremely convenient location and the price is so reasonable! Everything is clean and theres some cute amenities. Thanks again!

The New York Suite exceeded all of our expectations, all of the details were spot on! All throughout our stay we kept finding additional touches that fueled our excitement. Also I have to say, this was the CLEANEST AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in! Usually I’m very disappointed in what I get for what I pay in a cleaning fee, but NOT here. Brenda was very proactive with some slight hiccups (beyond her control). Yes you can hear everything in this building, but everyone is so happy and excited it’s still a nice vibe.

Easy to find and Karina easy to get a hold of.

This was our second time staying at Edward’s AirBnB because our last experience was so great. The house is beautiful and clean, in a good location, and Edward was a very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks again for having us!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Cincinnati! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The host was super friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

This was a great place for our family of three! Super easy check in with very clear instructions. The place is very clean and equipped for what we needed. The beds are very comfortable and the shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Even though we were right down in OTR, it’s a very quiet place with limited street noise. It was too cold for us to take advantage of the outdoor space but it would be great in warmer weather. Eric was WONDERFUL to communicate with. This place would be great for little kids because of the games and toys provided.

Checks all the boxes. Close enough to be anywhere you want in 10 minutes yet quiet enough for our 1 year old to take a nap or go to bed. Smart tvs in every room, comfortable beds, and good hot water pressure. What else do you want? Will definitely be back since we have season passes to the aquarium and zoo!

What a beautiful place! You won't be disappointed. Everything exactly as described & pictured. Prime location, easy access to the free street car for access of entire city. Right in the heart of Findlay Market, which was so neat! Parking is a little tricky, but Christy had great tips to make it as smooth as possible. The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. She even had games there which was great with the kiddos! We felt right at home & really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend.

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

My wife and our two friends were in town for a two night concert at the Andrew Brady music center. Kristopher’s place is a fantastic location for anything downtown. What we loved: I love that the grocery store is across the street. We parked in the garage above Kroger ($22/night was a little expensive but worth it for us, and there are plenty of other options). We all loved the massive windows in the living room. Having two separate bathrooms is great (and they’re clean, modern, stylish, comfortable bathrooms). Getting in and out of the building is quick and easy- just a code to get in from the sidewalk, then a lockbox key to use on the apartment door. Because it’s across the street from the new Kroger grocery store, be prepared for a lot of foot traffic (if you’re sensitive to that). The two beds aren’t the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in but ok. Overall a great stay, thanks for having us- it’s a beautiful space!

It’s a great place for a couple who is looking to explore the restaurants and nightlife of downtown Cincinnati. We walked to the Taft Theatre and the places we ate and rank at were so close. We parked on the street and paid the meter by their app; $6 got us through the end of the afternoon when we checked in til 8am, then I woke up at 8 and extended our time for $3. We felt very safe, and the whole building is very nice not to mention Will’s condo. We’ll definitely stay there again!
