Our wooden cottage has been designed in a modern and functional way. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Our cottage is located on the very old town, so you can enjoy peace, quiet and beautiful views. Staying in the village of Budne is the perfect break from the city bustle. It is an ideal place to celebrate with loved ones: a spacious terrace encourages slow breakfasts, a fireplace and a hot tub will light up long evenings, a large shelter by the fireplace invites you to feast, attractions for children will keep the youngest busy, and hammocks are an ideal place to listen to the sound of the forest

Habitat on the Hill at the Narew River

The all year house is located in the village Ruś, at the southern end of the Biebrza National Park. It is situated on a hill, by the Narew River, with a beautiful meadows and backwaters view. It is large area (over one and a half hectares), with a grove and two ponds - one is full of beautiful carps, roaches and tenches, the other one can be used for swimming. In a beautifully decorated house with oak floor you will find six bedrooms, large living room with a fireplace and a terrace room.

Our Dream Cottage is an old wooden house, which was generally and meticulously renovated in 2020. The cottage is surrounded by a large fenced plot, which is partially landscaped. The plot has a separate fireplace along with a barbecue. The living room is connected to a spacious terrace with garden furniture. This is an ideal place for meals and evening feasts.
