Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown San Jose

Michelle was highly responsive and had clear instructions with pictures for checking in. The place is high tech and clean, and provided all the necessities. Neighborhood is nice with a private back alley for the residents to park and the back alley itself was quite spacious. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We needed a month long stay which would allow our cats. Laura’s place checked all the boxes. Apartment building is older but the apartment itself was nicely redecorated. Apartment access was very easy, as was WiFi. Upstairs neighbor did make noise during the day because of staying home to take care of kids, and not much play space around for kids. When our departure was delayed, Laura was so helpful about extending our stay for another month. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Been here over a dozen times in the past year with lengthy stays & the only reason I keep coming back is for the security once inside the building and the free garage parking.

Was a spacious well kept apartment near to all the popular attractions and stores. Nan was incredible and checked in to make sure we arrived safely, had everything we needed and was readily available for any questions

Great place! Bongsub and the management team were proactive, responsive, and easy to communicate with over messages. The place had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. We did drive in with a lot of our own stuff, but the place had everything we needed. We didn’t do any laundry, but there is a laundromat down the road. Definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Thanks for offering such a great place! I am most impressed not only by the well furnished living conditions with excellent dining and living room settings which is great even when you get visitors, but also the well equipped kitchen with complete China and cooking and cleaning required kitchen wares. Felt like going home!! Even we dine out mostly, but the full set of kitchen wares are still excellent when you don’t feel like going out. Also, thanks for preparing all bathroom needs. After a long trip, it’s nice to be able to take a great shower with hot enough water and then snuggle in a good bed. The room is very airy and bright, yet with good enough shades and drapery for night. It’s definitely a wonderful place where I will consider staying for my next time visiting!!

Nice place to stay with family or friends. Just a friendly reminder for those who drive a car with extra length (for example I drove Jeep Wagoneer L), your car will be too long for the parking garage. You can find a street parking in side the community :)

House was clean and looked as good in person as it does in the pictures. Tung was a great host as well. He was prompt with communication which made our stay that much better. Highly recommend!

While looking for a place to stay for a trip to San Jose and the Stanford University campus, I found Manohar's airbnb and signed up. After traveling around the San Francisco and LA area, I was looking for a comfortable place to stay for my last leg of my trip before returning home, and Manohar's airbnb was perfect for that purpose. The place was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Parking was easy, and Manohar's airbnb was conveniently located for getting to San Jose or Stanford University. If the weather had been warmer, we would have been able to use the facilities in the garden. The digital door lock was very convenient for checking in, checking out, and getting in and out. The air conditioner and heater worked well. If you are traveling with your family to Silicon Valley, Stanford University campus, and San Francisco, Manohar's airbnb is a great place to stay.

I loved my long term stay here! This airbnb is well equipped with every amenity, it is spacious, it's in a nice area of south san jose, parking is provided, and on top of it all the hosts are fantastic. The hosts went out of their way to make accommodations for the stay and even helped when I was stuck without a car - I highly recommend the stay!

Perfect place for my kids and family. We had four adults and two kids and plenty more room! Place felt cozy and we really enjoyed our stay. Blocks away from Costco and the mall including lots of places to eat. Only a few minutes from major parks and things to do. Jiayi was incredibly accommodating and very kind.

This a beautiful home that is very well equipped. The house was clean. All the appliances worked. The yard sis large and well kept. I would recommend this to anyone looking for vacation re3ntal in San Jose. Centrally located and easy to reach good restaurants. It is a little challenging getting out of the driveway but nothing that patiences can't overcome. Great Place.

Such a nice place to stay in Silicon Valley. Tucked back into the beautiful hills, with a walking loop through the oak trees just down the street. Responsive host. A perfect retreat.

I had an incredible experience staying at Kitty’s place! The home was cozy, and the location was perfect. The host was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

This place was perfect for 4 people and 2 dogs. We were very worried because the price was too good compare to other place. I will be honest, this place is not a 5 star hotel or a new luxury condo, but very comfortable and homy place. Since this place is for long stay, there is no amenity such as toilet paper, tissue, soap, shampoo, detergent, etc. But we wanted to use our favorite anyway, it was not issue for us. The best thing with this place is the host! That was the most important this for us. They were very nice and responsive. They respond right away and solved the issue quick. We had a trouble with keys when we moved in. So, I called the host, and he answered the phone and helped. The dishwasher was clogged and toilet had leak when we moved in (not their fault but previous renter), they arranged the repair right away. The TV was not working well, and they bought a new TV for us. The place was not fancy but I felt like I was in my own house. I really enjoyed the stay.

This place was perfect for a short trip, very clean, nice back patio! Just as advertised!

It was a great 2 week stay. Every day essentials were provided which was great for my hubby who travels around California for work. Loved the outdoor area to hang out after work and enjoy some outdoor quiet time.

Mayela is an outstanding host - extremely responsive and always replies to messages instantly. She hosted us at a cozy 2 bedroom condo and it was perfect for our longer stay until we waited for the house renovations to finish. The condo comes completely furnished with a fully stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo which was convenient. This is a great place to stay - very close to Walmart and Costco and a bunch of great restaurants in walking distance.
