The apartment was very clean and matched the pictures perfectly. it is in a central area making it easy to get to the river walk, restaurants, the Alamo, and other things. It is located in a downtown area, so guests should expect some noise at night. That is just a downfall of being in a city. The building is very quiet and seems very secure. The hosts are absolutely kind, proactive and responsive. It was easy to ask questions and responses were quick. We enjoyed our stay.

Presa's apartment has a great location. it's a block and a half away from the corner of Houston Street and St. Mary's Street. The Houston & St Mary's Street district, at the street level, has tons of things to do. The Majeatic theater, the Empire theater, the Aztec theater, Starbucks, Dunkin Doughnuts, Bohannans, the Palm, Biga's on the Bank, CVS pharmacy, Paris Hatters and much more. And that's a very small lust of attractions, restaurants and stores that are all on the street level. The Riverwalk itself is only half a block away and I won't even begin to tell you what all is available in that area of the river walk, as it is too much to mention in one post. Happy Trails!

Kay was a great host! She was responsive from the minute we booked and accommodated our requests and more! The place was clean and well kept. I’d recommend this place to anyone booking in San Antonio that wants to be close to the downtown area but not in it. Plenty of things to do nearby and the views from the rooftop are amazing!

A well-equipped kitchen is showcased, featuring stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and oven. The countertops are complemented by a decorative backsplash, while a view of the adjacent living area is visible through an open doorway. Soft natural light is filtered through the window.
