Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown, Saint Paul

We really enjoyed our stay here. We rented the space for our daughters 13th birthday party. Perfect for this with all of the games, pool table and ping pong, air hockey and the amazing theater room. Joanna was very responsive and lovely to work with.

The apartment is exactly as described and photographed. Very comfortable, with everything we could possibly need, the hosts were very welcoming, always responsive, even went the extra mile by leaving home made granola for us to eat, some nice drinks in the fridge, coffee, cocoa, matcha and so one. A record player is available as well as the records and Aaron even brought us some more, when he learned we really enjoyed listening the music, by the fire place with a cup of tea ( the tea was also available, in a good selection). Honestly I have never before been in such a comfortable, very well furnished , Airbnb. And I have been in a few in different parts of the world. Highly recommend. Thank you Colleen and Aaron.

Highly recommend this wonderful modern property!! The location is fantastic! Recommend Smash Shack restaurant next door. Also the apartment is so quiet slept like a baby in the most comfortable bed!! Will reserve again in the future!

Excellent stay! I love this place. The building is well cared for & the ppl are very friendly. The unit is comfortable and clean. Excellent customer service and response time to questions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to my next stay when I’m back in the Twin Cities.

I think that this is an amazing stay, I rented with my girlfriend. The amenities' feel luxurious, the check-in and check out instructions are clear and easy to follow. The photos of the unit may need to be updated since the property is clearly more tasteful and expensive in person. The bed was comfortable and fits two easily. A classy and large shower, along with everything a person would need for basics and more while traveling to feel comfortable. This host made me feel welcomed, and safe. And I would recommend for any fellow travelers looking to lay their head in a home away from home. Thank you again for your kindness, communication and respect we would definitely book again.

We had a great stay at Suheib’s place! The apartment was spotless, perfectly located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Suheib was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our trip even better. Highly recommend this listing for anyone staying in Minneapolis for any event at Xcel Energy Center!

Very nice bright place. Excellent bed. Excellent shower with hot water. Adjustable room temperature control. Fully functional kitchen. Washer and dryer in the accommodations. Covered parking in an attached parking garage is included. 24 hour excellent gym also included. Excellent coffee and chocolate shop downstairs. Will be staying here at least twice more.

Ed and Christine were very welcoming hosts. They are truly two of the nicest folks we have met. They were immediately responsive to any requests. * Every room was comfy, quiet, fresh-smelling, and very clean. * Kitchen appliances worked well and were clean. We were able to cook our own meals in the vacation spot as well as we could at home. * The local market we used was impressive (thank you CUB-Forest Lake), and the local family eateries were quite friendly (thank you, Keys Cafe and Bakery!). * The place had a laundry where we could take care of our clothes. You won't have to pack and haul around too many clean replacements. * We quickly learned that the Caribou (K-Cup) coffee they provided was superior to the stuff we bought locally (sorry, Green Mountain). Get some! * Widescreen TVs were a nice touch, and they were equipped with DISH satellite connectivity. * We got to see the changing of leaf colors right in their backyard. ;-)

We were in Minneapolis for a family wedding and had a lovely stay at the mansion. Jill was very quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. She went out of her way to accommodate our one-year-old. The house was beautiful, fully stocked with towels, kitchen stuff and supplies. We had a great time!

Ben's home is a fantastic spot for larger groups visiting Minneapolis. The location and size of the home was perfect, we'll definitely be coming back!

We had a great stay! plenty of towels, blankets, pillows. Had everything we needed to prepare a few meals to avoid the cost of dining out. Great location! Felt safe and close to convenience store and grocery store. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard during the unseasonably nice weather for Minnesota. 5 stars and we would definitely stay again. Lastly... SKOL Vikings!!!

Enjoyed our stay — great location and nice place

Our group of 6 had more than enough space for our weekend. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were spacious, and the furniture was comfortable. It felt much more like a home than we were expecting. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We met up with some family and had a great time. Kira’s place was just as described. Super comfortable - loved the sunroom, especially. Lots of extra blankets, towels, pillows, etc. Very nice bath products were also onhand. Well supplied kitchen. There were some fresh flowers in the house which made it feel warm and homey. It was great to have some water bottles available. Parking was easy. She left us some cookies and fresh fruit which was appreciated, especially since our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. Great place. Kira was very responsive and helpful!

The house is very well set up with everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, coffee/tea, and appliances. There are enough bed spaces for our group of 15. Our kids loved the foosball table, games, puzzles, and video games. The hot tub was great. The only downsides were the size of the kitchen and lack of cable TV. We had a group of 15, so there's plenty of activity in the kitchen. The space between fridge, stove, and sink is very small, so there is a lot of bumping into each other. I enjoy watching sports on TV while I'm on vacation and for the price per night of the house, I would certainly have guessed that cable would be included. These weren't major inconveniences, but people should be aware of them. The pros of this house definitely outweigh the cons. We would definitely stay here again.
