Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown, Knoxville

Due to a family emergency, we were looking for place to stay in Oak Ridge close to the hospital, and Jordan's place was the last minute home we needed. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pup. The home was clean, had everything we needed, was comfortable and in a safe and convenient location. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for our needs.

We loved the Man Cave! It was a cozy little spot for our dog and cats, and the fenced yard was amazing! From the sitting area, there’s a nice little vote off the Smoky Mountains. Sam and James were very kind, responsive, and even lent us some tools when needed. We highly recommend! I wish TN had more sidewalks, but that is nothing to do with this place. There’s nice walking with it being close to the schools, so you can catch a sidewalk and take it all the way to the parks on Broadway.

Spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town! April was also flexible with my checkout time.

Annie’s place was amazing! She was super easy to communicate with and the place is just so cute and beautiful. We will definitely stay there again when we’re back in town :-)!

I traveled in from Arlington, TX with my 3 dogs and Crisa’s place was the perfect rest stop for me and the hounds. The backyard was fully fenced in with other protective barriers in place that kept my crew contained. The house was meticulous and super peaceful! Definitely recommend staying here, especially if you need space for your furry friends or family!

This house is even better than the pictures! It’s beautiful and peaceful. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. The house offered everything you could possibly need for your stay. The back yard is amazing! Beautiful water views and lots on animals to watch. The location is perfect. Far enough away from the strip to feel secluded, yet close enough to get to everything you need. Dollar General Market right down the road was very useful. We loved everything about our stay. The owners are very friendly and responsive also.

Beautiful view, beautiful cabin. Added bonus, cabin was decorated for Christmas. Host very responsive and courteous and informative. Santa visit was exceptional surprise. Steep climb, use appropriate vehicle. One bedroom does not have a closet. Pool was a lot smaller than picture shown.

This is a great place to stay! It is close to many fun things to do in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Our kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub! The host was very communicative and nice. We really enjoyed our overall experience with this host and their property.

The cabin was very easy to find, very clean, had an awesome kitchen to cook frequently in, all of the TVs and fireplace worked great, the beds were all very comfy, and the hot tub was nice! Walmart will deliver with no problems, we had a delivery every day!! The only issue was the gas grill shown on the porch/ listed was not available. There was a small charcoal grill over next to the firepit. So we had to get the charcoal and lighter fluid and our kids fussed bc they prefer the taste of gas but it wasn’t a huge deal.

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

The Lazy Bee was beyond expectations! Very clean and cozy. Thomas was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. We will definitely be back!

Everything about the place was great. Grocery stores, restaurants etc all nearby. The main strip in Gatlinburg is still close, traffics just makes the drive seem longer than it actually is. Everything was exactly what the description says it is. Little pricey but what’s not these days?

We had a lovely time! Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged! We felt very cozy and at home while still being very close to downtown. Definitely would book again!

We really enjoyed our quick weekend stay at Red Ruby Cabin. The location was about 15 minutes from town but we loved how secluded it was. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and liked the cozy cabin feel. The shower is a little small and somewhat outdated but the giant jet bathtub made up for it. Everett was a very responsive host and left great detailed instructions. I feel price matches what you get perfectly.

We had a great stay at Ashley’s place. It’s very close to downtown Knoxville but still feels quite tucked away, which we enjoyed. We had snow during our stay, which was great fun in the big back yard. If you’re traveling with small children there is also a cute park a short walk away, which was a huge bonus for us.

This was a great AirBnb for two guests! It's in a beautiful, peaceful location that's a close drive to nearby Knoxville & Maryville. The house & hot tub were great too. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We spent three days with our dog in the tiny house. Our dog fell in love with the house enjoying birds and a bunny watching by the window. We worked remotely here and the house felt cozy and quiet for working from home :)

If I could only use one word to describe this place it would be "Cozy." This property is PERFECT! The decor is straight out of a magazine, all the utensils and appliances were SO NICE! Also, the beds? Phenomenal! Everyone remarked about how much we loved our pillows! I know that sounds weird to mention in a review, but they were that impressive. I need to know where they got them!!! The ceiling fan situation was also super great and easy to use. I want those in every room of my own house now! Checkout was super easy and the instructions were clear. Kim was super friendly and informative, leaving no need for additional questions! Plus, there were a lot of little items to make our stay more comfortable and convenient such as a make-up mirror in the bathroom, nice soaps, easy to find utensils, and comfy throw blankets galore! We all loved our stay and would highly recommend this property. I would go so far to say this is the best rental property I have ever stayed in!

Great location. Good neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Coffee machine was great, Comfortable bed. We would definitely stay there again.
