We stayed at marcel's during spring break with my husband, MIL and two children. Check in was a breeze with Marcels clear instructions. Street parking was difficult because it mostly requires a permit, so we dropped the luggage, the MIL and kids at the air Bnb and found a parking garage within walking distance that was about $40 for 3 days. Upon entering the Airbnb we found the place just as described with 3 beds, a pull out couch, a full bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and a washer and dryer in the unit. The beds were so comfortable and with the windows closed you couldn't hear the city outside. The first night we walked to find many stores, restaurants and friendly people in India Square. Just a short distance from india square is the PATH station where you can easily take a train into Manhattan for about $3 per person which made this location perfect. Overall we were very happy with our stay and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this listing.

Stayed here for the weekend with family. We loved the stay, it was clean and beautiful and we loved the neighborhood! We loved the stay so much we stayed an extra night! Host is super nice and responds fast and the house has everything you need.. literally! 10/10 stay, we will be booking in there future again.

It's a great place to stay when visiting Manhattan, and it is a short walk to the subway station. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with everything for a couple. The big plus is a free parking spot. The host was very responsive and friendly.
