Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Downtown, Durham

This was the perfect place for my wedding day for getting ready with bridesmaids and family! Both apartments are beautiful and spacious and the location cannot be beat.

Beautiful place just outside the main downtown strip. The apartment itself was immaculate and very well appointed with anything you could possibly need; toothpaste, makeup wipes, coffee, dishwasher, washer and dryer, you name it! So close to everything you’d anything you’d want in Durham. Plenty of parking, a brewery right next door and great coffee/breakfast across the street at Aaktun. 10/10.

Our stay here was great. The apartment had everything we needed and our host was flexible and responsive.

It was a great place to stay for a quick visit to Cary, NC. It was well-suited for a family of 5.

Haley's apartment is a perfect place to recoup and renew yourself, in a great little spot on Duke campus. It's easy to get to museums and lovely local sights, easy to get to shops and restaurants nearby, and everything was super comfy and clean. I'm from the area, so I try to get back regularly to see family and work, and Haley's apartment was the ideal choice for my last visit. If you're visiting the Triangle, Haley's place is a fantastic fit!

I would recommend this place to everyone! Clear instructions on how to access the building and they were so responsive. I had to make updates to my reservation a couple times because some of my plans changed and they were so helpful and made it such a smooth process. The place was just like the photos advertised and was nice and clean! Loved everything about my stay!!

Perfect place for me and my family to check out the area for a possible move. It was great location and very quiet neighborhood. We really loved the place. Everything worked great. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was stocked with all the items needed. Being dog friendly it was great. The dog had a yard to run around in.

We would definitely stay again. It was well appointed and served our purposes well while there to see 4 colleges. It’s close to lots of places to eat. Wish we’d had better weather to enjoy the back yard.

It was the perfect space for our family visit; we had 5 adults, a baby and a dog. Spacious bedrooms and living area. Everything about this older home has been renovated, nicely decorated and clean. Having an enclosed yard for the dog was great, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The full laundry was helpful too. It’s in an older neighborhood that has signs of revitalization. We appreciate you hosting us and we would be glad to stay again.

Just right for our whole family to get together. Plenty of bedrooms. Lovely master bedroom suite. Great to have two tables, one for six and one for eight. Nice fireplace.

Very beautiful and homey! We enjoyed the comfortable beds. Loved that every room had its own bathroom. Egzi was very present and responsive. Thanks again for your hospitality! Will stay again!

The house is cute and spacious. Very clean. Everything you could need was provided. The street traffic and train was a little noisy but nothing that would keep you up at night. Would stay again.

Rental unit was as described, very clean and easy to check in. Location is great - walkable to downtown. The bed was SO comfortable, and the linens were nice.

Full disclosure: I am familiar with the general location. The unit was as advertised, with check-in a real breeze. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to any inquiries or requests I made. The neighborhood is very walkable, and this unit is set back from Daniels Street and far enough away from Oberlin Road & Wade Avenue such that you don't hear any street noise inside. There are bike lanes galore in this part of Raleigh. The Village District is less than a 5-minute walk and has multiple restaurants, shops, and even a fitness facility that will sell you a pass. (The Y is pretty close by, too.) This is a first floor unit, so you will hear footsteps when the tenant above is home (nothing out of the ordinary noise wise though). Also, if you like to cook a lot you may want to bring your own pots and such. (The unit has the basics covered nicely.) This unit is a real gem & a great value! I enjoyed staying here President's Day week. Thanks, Bob & Hal!

Great stay in quiet area near the Villages and NC State. Lots of space and everything we needed. Great central location with easy drive to anywhere in Raleigh.

Everything about the condo is as pictured in the listing - literally no surprises. The location is great as so many great dining and retail areas are within walking distance, and DT is just a short drive/uber.
