Great unit in a modern, amenity-filled building. Everything felt brand new and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating—a couple minor hiccups were resolved quickly. The building is quiet, and street parking was fairly easy to find, though be prepared for a long indoor walk if you can't park in the buildings garage. The unit is a corner one, far from the exterior elevator, but very close to the stairwell (not noisy). If you're okay with a couple short flights of stairs, access is easy. Kitchen was stocked well with appliances and cooking items. Unit is decorated nicely though my toddler would disagree lol. The unit is minutes away from a lively and inviting atmosphere with cafes, bars, and local spots to hang out or meet people. We’d definitely stay again!

This was a perfect stay! Just what I needed for time away - would stay again and highly recommend. So responsive and even proactive which you don’t see often. Close walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. wonderful location

Our stay was great! Easily walkable or a quick Lyft for our needs! The provided ear plugs came in handy for a quick afternoon nap before our Saturday night event. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. Communication was great when we had questions. We would stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Ado’s rentals, and like our first stay, this one didn’t disappoint as well. Ado responds very quickly to texts and the location is perfect for when we visit our son at school. We will be back!

I needed to make a quick trip happen to Columbus and David’s place was perfect. The price, the space, and the amenities made my experience and stay wonderful.

My two adult daughters and I were visiting The Ohio State fair and wanted to stay the night to explore Columbus the next day. Jennifer's place was perfect for us! Not only is the location great!! The apartment was very thought out and she didn't leave out any details. So much character! The beds were so comfortable with high quality bedding and pillows! Highly recommended her place!

Looking for a conveniently located space with character? This is it! I was able to work remotely during the day and easily get to some of Columbus’ best spots at night. The designated parking spot was an added bonus for sure. Definitely recommend!

My husband & I were in town for a Marriage Retreat and the Avenue AirBNB was absolutely perfect for such a trip! Location was easy to find, parking not an issue, easy access in and the apartment was great! Beautiful kitchen with necessities to cook dinner, living space was great, comfortable bed & the hot tub was the BEST addition to relax in at the end of the night. It is possible to hear neighbors in the same building but not to the point of major disruption, when we soaked in the hot tub each night the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We were so glad to stay here over a hotel and would definitely return in the future! The venue we drove to each day was the Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Columbus and it took us about 13 minutes to travel there. Many great restaurants nearby this location to choose from also.

This is a beautiful apartment! The building is a little confusing but the host provided perfect instructions! Love so many of the Grandview restaurants, this is a great Columbus find!

Great apartment with excellent amentities. Location is top tier being minutes from the city and walkable or quick Uber to near by restaurants/bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Some locks need to be added and would be nice to have tv's in the room and curtains over the bathroom windows. but vety nice place to stay and would stay again and recommend to friends.

This was a great stay for a short trip. The hot tub was a hit and the open floor plan on the first floor for gathering.
