Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown, Boulder

This was a great spot for our family of three, such a warm environment with a well-stocked kitchen. The area is very walkable to City Park and coffee shops. Billy is responsive, and he went the extra mile for us when we requested sheets and towels be washed with free and clear laundry soap. We will definitely stay again when we return to Denver.

Susan’s home is perfectly located just blocks from Pearl street which has lots of shopping, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The home was beautifully decorated and super cozy. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cook a nice meal and there were random ingredients that were available left from previous guests. The beds were comfortable as was lounging on the couch. Great place to stay in Boulder. I Would definitely recommend.

Cara was incredibly responsive! Place was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it was quite chilly & snowed, so we weren’t able to enjoy the covered seating area out back - next time!! Cara had great suggestions for local places; delicious pumpkin spice latte at Bardo’s & fun breakfast place at the Cozy Cottage. Thank you, Cara!

Accurate, spacious listing. There was a brief issue with the fire alarm going off by accident; host was super responsive and friendly. I really appreciated knowing if something was wrong, they’d be quick to help. The home had everything I needed and felt safe and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay.

Rachel's place was great! It was homey and comfortable and it was so nice having a doggy door for our pup who loved to roam the backyard and chew on sticks. The pictures showed two desks, but the one in the bedroom wasn't there. My husband and I both work remotely so it would have been nice to have two desks, but there was a kitchen table so we were able to make it work. Overall, great spot and would stay here again!

The location is great! The stay was just right for us! We travel with our dogs and it was great for them. Plus I noticed an Iowa Hawkeye license plate cover, you can never go wrong with Hawkeye fans! We will definitely stay here again if they will let us :)

My friends and I had a great time spending our weekend at Rachel’s place. The location is very close to the city and good restaurants are a walkable distance from the house. The neighborhood was safe. The house it self is wonderful. Rachel was a great host the house was clean and tidy. There was a welcome sign when I walked in and I appreciate the little details that she had. Rachel offered all your basic needs and some. If you are looking for a great place to meet up with friends or family in Denver look no further! Highly recommend this house!

My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

Had a great stay. Building is incredible with great amenities and helpful concierge on the ground floor. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Tips: best coffee (better than what the building provides) just inside Union Station at Pigtail Coffee, and parking requires some coordination with the front desk people but is actually pretty seamless. Whole Foods downstairs super convenient. Had a great time and looking forward to returning!

I was nervous about using an Airbnb again after a bad experience a couple years ago. I’m so glad I gave the service another chance. This place met and exceeded my family’s expectations. This was perfect for our weeklong stay. My kids (5months and 3yo) had plenty of safe room to play. The hosts were so helpful and hospitable. Perfect experience.

My daughter and I absolutely loved this airb&b. The style is beautiful and the detail and thought put into everything made it so comfortable and lovely, like a real home. It has everything you need and more, from bathroom and kitchen utilities to luxuries like a record player and many original vintage records such as Thriller! And it doesn’t end there, as we kept finding very pleasant surprises, like tissues in both bedrooms, containers to pack your food, a nice bottle of wine and snacks. And if you come with children, there are so many things they could do, as the house is equipped with tables with crayons for coloring and other crafty materials, there are toys inside and outside the house (in the backyard) and even a tiny Christmas tree just in case you spend the holidays there. Everything was perfect, would definitely book again, we're so thankful for such a warm and thoughtful environment!

Nice place & responsive hosts!

Mike’s place felt like home right away! And thank goodness because I cooked a full Thanksgiving turkey dinner there, making my first homemade turkey gravy! I was able to walk to my friend’s place right around the corner, so the location was extremely convenient for us. We enjoyed peace and quiet and our leftovers (lol) for eight glorious days! I had a very nice stay here, and Steven was very easy to communicate with and work with. It’s a really nice home with a great kitchen and downstairs and very comfortable nicely set up bedrooms upstairs, plus a nice work area.

Beautiful place that you feel at home right away. Stunning views from the big deck, with lots of space to explore and walk around. Great for our dog. They have the place setup so dogs can be comfortable and it is easy to go on walks. Hosts are very friendly, easy to communicate with, and welcoming. Will definitely book again!

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Our hosts were very thoughtful and left us treats and fresh eggs. It was very easy to communicate with them. We would stay there again.

It was decorated cute and quirky. Lots of character. Perfect for one or two people. You can hear the people upstairs at times but that was expected for a basement apartment.

Had an excellent stay at this beautiful spot! Stayed here during my wedding weekend and felt so welcomed by Scott. Champagne and a nice note was left on the counter. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely come back again!

We stayed for 4 days, we had the best time. Mr. Todd be was very accommodating- we ende mc d up getting in earlier than expected & we were able to check in early. Mr. Todd’s place is PERFECT if you’re wanting to be in the heart of Denver! It was PERFECT! Every thing we needed to stay comfortable and feel at home for our whole trip! We will definitely be back.

This was a great place to stay. Check-in was easy, the space was clean and charmingly decorated, and the ample coffee supplies stocked in the kitchen by Jude & Meg were a godsend. Street parking was relatively full but we never had an issue finding a spot near the house. Thanks!
