Karen was absolutely incredible. She was very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay as my team and I were there on business. She was able to take care of us even on short notice. I really couldn’t be happier with her communication, the quality of their home, and the entire experience. We just a wonderful few days in Boston for the marathon. Maude was the perfect host… we really appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out and were so grateful for the provisions left for us, particularly as we arrived late! The location is perfect, it meant that we could explore everywhere in the City on foot. The neighbourhood is particularly great for restaurants and when the sun came out and the temperature rose, the vibe was fabulous. As a previous review mentioned, if you’re looking for a pristine, freshly painted apartment then it’s not for you, but if you like ‘quirky’ and a house with bags of character, (I especially loved the art), then I’d highly recommend.

Michelle was very responsive and great at communicating leading up to our stay. The house was easy to find, good neighborhood, perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Parking was included which was awesome. The T was easy to walk to so we could go downtown every day easily. The host recommendation for Lulu’s Allston was spot on, it was nearby and great. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay and check out was also easy. Thank you Michelle for hosting a wonderful place!

We enjoyed our stay at Wally's. We were in town for the World Skating Competition. Downtown was a quick Lyft or Uber away. The location was nice and quiet and the home was comfortable.

We loved our stay in South Boston - it was perfect for our family of four with two teens. We loved the location and the ability to walk or take public transportation. The townhome was the ideal space for us and the home was just as advertised - very clean with comfortable beds. The laundry was great as well. We did not cook during our short stay, but the kitchen was nice with everything you need. It was also extremely convenient to the airport, which we appreciated the morning we left on an early flight. Tiffany has truly thought of everything - I highly recommend this lovely townhome.

Wendy’s home served as a home away from home as we were in town to meet our new grandchild. The home is the downstairs unit of a 2 unit residence. Easy access to dining, shopping, local parks. The home itself is warm, comfortable, well-stocked with linens, kitchen items, etc. Coffee press and kettle. The sunroom was my favorite spot in the house. Great light throughout the day, warmed by a radiator and a comfy chair with ottoman and blanket. I highly recommend this beautiful home for any stay in the Brookline area. Thank you, Wendy!

We stayed at 8 Lambert Street for nearly a month while visiting relatives in Medford. The house is cozy and well furnished. Did a lot of cooking in the kitchen, which had plenty of cooking equipment, the basics of salt, pepper, olive and vegetable oil, and even a set of seasonings. Because we were staying over Christmas, Beth had done some holiday decorating before we arrived, which was wonderful and made the house very cheery. She was a responsive host and kept us stocked with the basics like paper towels and toilet tissue. She even included a baby gift for our new grandson on one occasion. The house was great for our stay - the steam heat combined with the modern thermostat kept us warm and cozy, even on some very cold nights. It's an older house, yes, but full of charm and warmth. The neighborhood is quiet and there are lots of food choices nearby if you don't want to cook. Highly recommend Nappi's Restaurant (cash only) and Fioritaly Trattoria. Off street parking a plus.

Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the kids' toys to the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local guidebooks. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved relaxing in front of the fire and enjoying the serene surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great tips about the area and checking in (without being intrusive). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting North Andover or the greater Boston area.

Six of us stayed over the weekend. We were very comfortable and Brad was very helpful and responsive. House had everything that we needed. Brad is a great host. Would 100% recommend a stay.

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

The host communicated well and was very thoughtful. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the heating unit was a bit tricky to figure out, but overall, we had a great stay.

We had an absolute blast on our girls getaway weekend!! The cottage and community were amazing, exactly what we were hoping for and Doug couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He was always available by text or phone. The cottage was clean, nicely equipped, and a great location!! We will definitely be renting this cottage again on our next trip!!! The house was perfect for a wedding weekend for our family of 10, including 3 children. The house is spacious, private, and very well equipped. It has everything you might need, including a great selection of toys and books for children. The hosts were super-responsive, answering our questions immediately. After our first day we figured out it was easiest to turn around in the driveway rather than trying to back out onto the busy road. We were sad to leave. Thank you for sharing your wonderful historic home.

It was a good spot, 20 min walk to the subway, close to a really great restaurant. If you are working from home then be prepared for the wifi to be intermittent.

We loved our stay at Steve’s place! The communication with the host was very clear and helpful. The house was one of the most comfortable and well-appointed houses I’ve ever rented on AirB&B. It as quiet and in a great location in Brighton. I highly recommend it!

Mary's apartment was clean and cozy, and full of whimsical knick-knacks. I enjoyed leafing through the cookbooks and stretching/yoga on the living room floor. The home is a 10-minute walk from the an excellent Mediterranean restaurant and the green line, and only 20 minutes to downtown Boston by train. When I had a question, Mary was there to answer. Will be back!

This was a great place to stay. We were a bachelorette party of 7 people — and we were all able to take rest time in the spacious are without being on top of each other. That type of space with that price in Boston is awesome. It was easy to get anywhere we needed. And checkout was so simple!

A very charming upstairs studio. The apartment was cozy, and filled with small, attentive touches, some were decorative, others were practical like the cotton balls and swabs in the bathroom. It's obvious that Mehmet cares a great deal about his guests, and made sure we knew how to access the studio, what to find in the neighborhood in the way of restaurants and shopping, and public transportation. Most of all, I felt like I was truly a guest, not just a customer. While there were only two if us, a third person-perhaps a child, sibling, parent or friend would find the extra room very comfortable. We would definitely like to go back again if we're in the Boston area.

The location was perfect for our needs. The beds are very comfortable, the shower is great with lots of hot water. It has a very comfortable and relaxing feel. There is an excellent Thai restaurant a few blocks away. The neighborhood is quiet and many local conveniences are in easy walking distance too.

The apartment was as listed, and very clean, with all the amenities we needed to stay there. It was centrally located to all the areas we went to. The directions to get in were very clear. Dev was very responsive when I contacted him and it was overall a great stay.

Great place, quaint comfortable, comfy bed, very clean and quiet. About a 20-30 min walk to the Salem tourist area so if you don’t have a car, get ready to walk. Cute dive called ‘tin whistle’ right down the street. A couple good convenient stores around… very easy to figure out entrance. Ubers everywhere so if you don’t want to walk, an uber will be easy.
