This is a compact but well located Riad far enough away from the chaos of the souks to be quiet, but close enough to be within striking distance of everything you might want to see in Marrakesh.

This riad in the center of Marrakech is a great option. Its location is perfect for exploring the city, and the peaceful setting makes it ideal for resting. Ibtissam and Muriel are exceptional hosts, always attentive and hospitable. Although Ibtissam does not speak Spanish, his effort to communicate and make us feel at home is admirable. In addition, they had the detail of storing our bags until the time of taking the taxi to the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean and decorated with traditional style. The breakfast is delicious and the tea welcome a lovely detail. The only drawback is that the hot water does not last long, making it difficult for several people to shower in a row, but this does not affect the overall experience. In short, a cozy place, with an unbeatable location and excellent attention. I would recommend it without hesitation.

We stayed with family and friends at this Riad. The place is very well decorated and gives you an authentic vibe of Marrakesh. We also had Moroccan breakfast and lunch which was cooked by Fatima, it was a great experience. I also wanted to give a shoutout to Mohammed, who helped us with getting around and was always there when we needed some suggestions about our itinerary.

Great address! The Riad is beautiful, well located and it feels good: I had two great days in Marrakech! And Christian is adorable and super responsive (rarely seen this on Airbnb aha)! I will return to it with pleasure!

The Riad is beautiful and spacious with beautiful ensuites accompanying each of the 3 bedrooms. Perfect for a family with adult kids. Arrival at the Riad was facilitated easily. The location is central in the Medina and very close to the central square. Access to great food, convenience stores and the souks is minutes away. The music performances in Jana el Fna square at night are top-notch! Local sites such as the Ben Yousef Madrasa, Bahia Palace and Badi Palace are within 30-40 minutes walking distance.

The stay at Riad Kadi was just amazing. We were a group of 9 and we were very well housed in Riyadh with bedrooms and toilets for everyone. The team is just wonderful! Very attentive and always available. The food was delicious. Simo was very available and helped us throughout the stay with practical tips and when an excursion went wrong. We highly recommend staying at Riad Kadi.

We had a wonderful stay at the farm from July 25 to August 1 with our family (26 people). Warm welcome as soon as we arrive. The farmhouse was spotless, clean and well equipped. The private pool and micro baby pool were perfect. The small garden with two outdoor lounges, a foosball table, a swing and a rope delighted the kids. Just 8 minutes from the center of Oualidia, with several beaches nearby, the setting was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed many activities in Oualidia. Communication with our host was excellent, always available and helpful. They let our kids visit their space with animals and gave us fresh eggs and organic vegetables. We recommend this farm 10000%. Everything was perfect and we look forward to returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Marrakech and having Achrafs apartment as our base was just perfect. it had everything we needed for our week long stay. Achraf was always very helpful and obliging. we can also highly recommend Mustas cafe downstairs, great food, service and value. ♥️

We went as a group of young ladies for a bachelorette. This home was the perfect place to celebrate our sister in. The staff was helpful, the house was always clean and anything we needed assistance with we knew help was never too far away. Honestly this was the perfect venue it was almost as if we were at all hotel without having to be separated into different rooms or floors. The concierge on sight Jed was very helpful and did his best with responding. We didn’t really have any issues and even when we did they were addressed promptly so absolutely no complains. I hope to come back here again!

A property in a beautiful quiet location with opportunities to walk along the steep coast overlooking the sea. El Mostafa was a lovely and accommodating host. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped!

Place was absolutely perfect for my family. You are literally steps from all the action in the Medina yet it is so quiet as it is tucked-away at the end of a quiet street. The place is huge. There are four levels!!! Philippe was ALWAYS available and answered any questions I had. He also arranged for early morning transport for us to the airport. I highly recommend staying in the Medina and staying here.

This is a lovely riad in the Marrakesh medina. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the roof terrace in the sunshine. The riad was clean and beautifully presented, a lovely place to stay
