Apartment vacation rentals in Douglas County

We have stayed in a different apartment in this building before - both were great. Everything needed was in the apartment and host was always professional and responsive.

Spacious 2 bedroom with ample livingroom complete with couch bed and fireplace. Nice location. A little sparse in kitchen supplies but overall a nice place.

We enjoyed our stay and was a nice cozy place.

This is maybe the 4th or 5th time I have stayed here, and it is always fantastic. Debbie is a responsive and understanding host. She has always given me flexibility, when she can, that I haven't gotten anywhere else. It's a nice, comfortable place to stay.

This immaculately clean, beautifully restored historic stay, run by highly organized and communicative Stay In My District network of accomodations, is a great home base for your exploration of Coos Bay and surrounds. Very quiet residential street, super easy to get to main arteries of Coos Bay and surrounds. Extremely organized host, very cozy feel, and thoughtful touches, such as laundry detergent for a few loads of laundry, gratis, made this overall a delightfult, comfortable and interesting stay. One note for those of us not accustomed to apartment living: if you choose one of the ground floor units, the movements of upstairs neighbors, night and day, will be an accompaniment to your stay. Ear plugs are courteously provided by Stay In. However, if you, like me, are particularly sensitive to noise when sleeping, bring your own noise reduction items. Otherwise one of the best places I have ever stayed, after travelling 19 countries and counting.

** 🫶🏼Absolutely Delightful🫶🏼 ** Absolutely the best spot in Coos Bay!! Ellen has created a home away from home for her guests, not only is the place spotless but it comes with all the bells and whistles. When you walk through the door you are greeted with a warm and inviting space, decorated with a tasteful touch. One of the best things about Ellen’s place was the “art area” where you can paint a canvas or do a pastel chalk drawing at the antique drafting table, and being an art lover as well as an artist for fun, I enjoyed this tremendously. In addition to the great decor she has chosen extremely comfortable furniture perfect for two people to enjoy a late night movie or to snuggle up to a great book. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud and the pillows perfectly match! I am pretty sure she thought of everything to make this space an absolute delight! Every time I am in Coos Bay I hope to be able to stay at Ellen place! Five ⭐️ for sure!

My stay was wonderful. They are all so friendly and welcoming. We got to feed the chickens, walk around the creek and the neighborhood is quiet. They were always proactive with letting me know if any water or power changes that might occur.

I enjoyed the stay and nice surroundings. Close to bike trails and hiking. Very comfy and quiet place. Would highly recommend .

I had a short sweet stay and exactly how it was described, very clean easy access and I will definitely stay there again :)

Idyllic retreat. My family enjoyed walking the riverside trails on the property in the mornings. Apartment has all the basics to be comfortable. clean, warm, and welcoming. Cute farmhouse and cowgirl theme decor. Bedrooms and living area are all connected but has sliding doors. Host was very nice. Good communication.

The place was well laid out, had the most stocked kitchen and cooking area I've seen in any other AirBnB, and was close to the SWOCC campus. It was clean, spacious, with clear instructions, top notch appliances, and large comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again myself.

Jacqueline has a beautiful home. She has made this private space so cozy and didn’t miss any details for making us feel at home. She was so kind and thoughtful. The views from the porch were perfect for morning coffee. She had great local recommendations listed, and was available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place. Clean and very accommodating. It was nice to have a place our dogs could come with us this weekend. Comfortable beds and informative instructions. We may have to travel to Coos Bay soon, and will definitely consider Eugenia’s place should it be available.

Was so happy the place was very clean and the kitchen and laundry were stocked with essentials. The fenced rear yard was a bonus for our dog. Would stay again!

I was not able to meet Audrey but she called me to let me know she was away and would not be there to meet me. She was open to me contacting her if I needed anything. Her place was clean and quiet, convenient location, plus a jacuzzi to relax in at the end of my day was a bonus.

This is our second stay at Kyle and Elke’s place and we would certainly stay there again if and when we are back in the area. A very peaceful setting and comfortable accommodation that was just right for us.
