She provided us with all the information and details we needed about the property and area without us having to search for places for entertainment and food. In addition, she was a great help whenever I had questions or inquiries during my stay, and she was very understanding. I found the space very clean and it had all of the amenities I needed during my stay. Marie was so helpful and let us book her place last minute ,when our previous reservation through VBRO canceled 30 mins before check in. Her house was perfect for our group. Very spacious and close to everything! Will definitely stay again if we are in the area

It's nice, the grill on the second floor is in bad condition and needs to be cleaned a little outside but my family and I had a great time, the air conditioning was a little hot but we called the owner and he turned it down immediately!

I had an excellent stay during my work trip. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed to feel comfortable. The king-size bed was especially great for a restful night’s sleep after long days. The location was convenient, and the host was responsive and attentive, ensuring my stay went smoothly. The host was very professional, flexible, and responsive. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Parking is secure, the building is secure. I felt extremely safe in this unit. Instructions for getting to the unit were amazing and easy to follow. The host was flexible with check in and check out. Thomas' home was just as advertised. His home was beautiful. I was only in Atlanta to visit Six Flags, so I wasn't at the home much. But, I was always comfortable while in the home. I'm also a simple guest, so I usually don't bother my host much, but the few questions I had, Thomas was very clear and prompt with his responses. He was also very proactive with his approach. Even when I didn't need anything, he was always checking on how everything was going. It was nice knowing he actually cared that my stay was pleasant. And last, but not least, the wine he provided was a fantastic touch. With the day I had before leaving home for my trip, being able to wind down in comfort with a glass of wine came in clutch. I 100% recommend staying at Thomas'. And being that I purchased season passes for my son and I, I highly recommend booking Thomas before I do as I plan on trying to stay at Thomas' home for every visit. We were so lucky last year to have connected with Meagan and to have stayed at her place. This year when we decided to head back down to Atlanta we didn't hesitate to reach out to her hoping her place would be available again, the week we needed it, and we were delighted when it was. It is exactly how it is described and Meagan is a wonderful host, who is quick to respond to any question we may have and made our stay very easy. We highly suggest this property to anyone who is looking for a one bedroom.

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.
