Beautiful home, great location and the monkeys in the morning were a plus!

Loved it, loved it, loved it.

They were both tremendous hosts and were generous with the fruits from their garden. It was great to be right across from the beach. Sadly couldn’t borrow the kayak as there was a rip and the waves were too high during our time in Barbados (very unusual) The house is gorgeous and cooking was easy, particularly being a few doors from Jordan’s and us having caught fish. Back garden is peaceful to sit and eat out. Air con in the bedrooms very good. Nice breezes too Loved Jack the Jack Russell. I’d stay again and again

We loved our stay at Chantal’s, we really did feel right at home. We enjoyed both the pool at the property but also access to the communal pool just 10mins walk away next to the beach. Stephanie, the property manager, was incredibly responsive when we had a few problems and was quick to respond. Ann, the cleaner was also lovely too. We would definitely recommend

Fantastic stay at Roseann's place. They looked after us very well without intruding. The location is superb for accessing any bit of the island. The property is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Highly recommended and we hope to return in the future.

This is our 2nd stay and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. the location can't be beat with a quick walk to Dover beach and wonderful restaurants. Our favourite place was Kandy Bar with live music from the amazing singer Jagwar who encouraged visitors to sing along. My kids love the pool and the jacuzzi, swimming around in circles making whirlpools! We appreciated the recent updates to the pool deck and new deck chairs. The daily monkey visits are always entertaining, and my kids loved looking for lizards and baby frogs. The rooms are spacious and the best part is a shower for every room allowing a fast transition for the whole family from the pool. We ran into an issue with the safe locking our valuables inside when the battery died without warning, but the housekeeper was quick to hire a locksmith the same day to gain access for us. She was very accommodating and called around to multiple places to get help in on a Sunday. We look forward to returning in the future.

My husband and I have stayed in numerous rentals over the years all over the world. Sea Ya Villa ranks up there as one of the ones we will remember. This AirBnB was well thought out from the kitchen appliances to the basket of "just incase you forgot" items. Although we didn't need anything from the baskets, it was a nice attention to detail. Sea Ya' Villa has quality items in the kithcen and all linens and towels were good quality as well. I REALLY enjoyed sitting outside; I felt safe and it was private. Thanks to Henderson and Donna!

I have been travelling to Barbados for 52 years. This is the first time for my stay in this area. Easy access to the nearby beach (10 min walk). Close to buses for destinations around the island. They provided extra items in the kitchen which helped in prepping meals. We enjoyed the cold Banks beer on arrival. We enjoyed the garden area for relaxing and reading our books. They picked up and returned us to the airport for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this cozy cottage. jeannie

We were amazed to find Charmaine's place available when we booked and at such a reasonable price given its amenities and location. Charmaine was a delightful host - warm and welcoming, with loads of great local advice. The location is incredible - right across the road from a beautiful beach that we swam at every day and a very short walk to Oistins Fish Garden, plus easy to catch a bus further afield too. We wished we'd stayed twice as long!

We arrived to be greeted by Claire who was lovely and showed us around the appartment and how everything worked. Horace had already told us he was away. The appartment was as described and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially the wonderfull decking area outside where we could sit on the comfortable chairs watching the hummingbirds coming to the lovely flowers. The use of a washing machine was great. Wonderfull aircon in the bedroom as well as ceiling fans in both lounge area and bedroom. Their is a lovely breeze that blows through also. The appartment is an easy walk to the beach & main road which alows you to jump on one of the many buses passing which can get you to St Lawrence Gap in a few minutes or Oistins. Horace was always quick to reply to any questions we had. Thank you again for our wonderful stay.

The apartment was ideally located for Speightstown and a few minutes from the beach and the local bus station, so it was easy to get around. It is situated in a relatively safe area of the town and the local people are friendly. The neighbours dogs bark a bit, but the plus side is that you feel fairly secure as a result. The WIFI is good and the air conditioning and fans mean that you can retreat into a cool environment if the heat becomes too much. It was a bit of a shock to see that there were no window panes, but the window treatment meant that the threat of mosquitoes was minimalised. Perhaps there could have been a few extra bath towels and sheets, but otherwise the apartment was well supplied with everything you need for your stay. Halim was very responsive indeed, replying almost immediately to any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone considering an a stay in this area of Barbados.

Erin was waiting at the apartment for us when we arrived. Everything was as described in the listing and exceptional value for money. It was quiet, peaceful and safe. Every time we needed help or had a question Erin or Robin answered straight away. They were great hosts. If you are looking for a well equipped, good value condo in Holetown you can’t beat this. Close to beach, inclusive pool, local shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars then this is it. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property and would return. Thank your Robin and Erin for you help and kindness during our stay.

Ruth was an incredible host and her place is beautiful. Very quiet, safe and peaceful and incredible getaway and a beautiful place.

This was our second stay in Lantana 38 and hopefully won’t be our last.Location is great two lovely beaches within walking distance which are also two of the best in St James (in our opinion).The Bus stop right outside the apartments makes getting around very easy,Holetown is about a 10 minute bus journey .Vanessa is a great host,very helpful and communicates well.Overall a fantastic place to stay

Just wonderful!! Claire is a fantastic host - responsive, thoughtful and has great recommendations. Most of all though, she has a beautiful flat. Brand new building with very comfy beds, all mod cons, and within easy walking distance of a few great restaurants (Bombas and Grandenes) and one of the worlds best beaches (Mullins). We had a delightful trip in this idyllic part of our favourite island in the world. Thanks for sharing your home with us, Claire!!

We had a great time at Catherine's place. She's an awesome hostess, ultra fast communication , met us at the property (first time this happens to me at an Airbnb) and walked us thru everything. Roseanne and Doug were VERY polite and hospitable and their home is wonderful. We highly recommend them and their home. The location was gorgeous, very clean and everything needed for our stay.

The apartment was superb; large, practical, well appointed. Perfect location for everything, beaches, restaurants etc. But just 200 metres away from the gap to avoid the noise. We are seasoned travellers to barbados. This apartment had the space of a villa, but the amenities and practicality of an apartment A lovely first leg of our holiday.

This was a beautiful condo for our stay. Preetam was excellent to communicate with, was very responsive and gave us a ton of suggestions on what to do, where to eat and overall a wonderful host. The place was spotless, had all the amenities that we needed. He even had a "starter package" with a ton of goodies, which were really appreciated. We will DEFINITELY be booking here again, when we're back in Barbados. From start to finish, Preetam was THE perfect host. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrew's condo. Andrew was very helpful and responded quickly. He was a pleasure. He is new to airbnb and I feel he will be a "Super Host" in no time! It is very nice, very comfortable, kitchen was equipped to make proper meals. The location was perfect for us, steps away from bus stop and ZR if you want to venture further away. Awesome place and great location. It had everything we needed for a home away from home vacation. Ocean access was amazing, groceries, restaurants and entertainment were all within walking distance. Host was extremely resourceful and responsive, providing lots of excellent information for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
