Large, light, practical apartment. Good beds. Very quiet. Parking spot outside the house. Beach, Carrefour, restaurants within walking distance (10 minutes). We were comfortable here.

I had a great time in the appartment. Perfect view! Highly recommended and Maxime and Bénedicte had been very helpful and nice.

The view from the apartment/balcony is wonderful. On the coastal hiking trail you can walk very nicely and a beach for swimming is within 15 minutes walking distance. Last but not least: In the footsteps of Commissioner Dupin, you can also walk wonderfully from here.

Very nice apartment in a quiet yet central location, very good amenities, clean and cozy. Communication with Pascale was very friendly and straightforward, everything was clearly explained and there were also tips for the area. Highly recommend!

A lovely stay with friends with children Only downside: the room next to the house in the garden with 4 sofa beds that can't really be counted in the overall sleeping arrangements fortunately for us 3 children slept in umbrella beds otherwise we would not have had the mattress count in the dwelling unfortunately... We had a great time at Romain's place. The house is a little “paradise” on the beach . We can only recommend this rental . All within walking distance. This is a fantastic rental for a family of 4 or 5. Thanks to Romain for his responsiveness and all the information shared .

We had a very nice family stay in the accommodation. This beautiful view of the beach of Cape Coz. The residence is quiet and we were able to enjoy the sound of the waves!!! We stayed for a weekend in this beautiful apartment with its breathtaking views. We were greeted by Julie. Great kindness, availability and smile were the key words of this welcome. The apartment is comfortable, very well-equipped. We'll be happy to go back!

Well-located accommodation, very close to the center so close to shops, restaurants, bars...all accessible by a pedestrian path (less than 5'). Free parking at the bottom of the building or on the adjacent streets or even private covered parking. Peaceful accommodation according to the neighbors... For the accommodation nothing to report as described but the switch in the main room controls 3 lights and the TV (good to know).

Where to start and especially where to end... Everything was more than perfect... Communication with our hosts very considerate , very clean, very well-equipped accommodation and the dream location! The view is just breathtaking! Everything was really the dream we had a stay that we will not forget. We will definitely be back! Thanks
