Very well cleaned apartment on the second floor of a villa located in the pine forest with a garden equipped with 2 hammocks, wooden tables and benches and benches well protected from the sun. BBQ and outdoor masonry oven and also an outdoor washing machine and 2 showers. Bed linens, bathroom, and kitchen in perfect condition. Car parking possible in the pine forest or even on the property. Access to the sea a few minutes away by foot at a comfortable and pretty cove with transparent sea. Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

Very nice and calm airbnb, for sure the nicest house on the block! Would recommend a yone else to go here.

Our stay with Giorgia has been incredible, she is a very kind host who was available at every moment. The property is definitely new, cozy, very clean and spacious, it has everything you need to spend a spectacular and quiet stay in a beautiful little town with views of the mountains from side to side. If you are by car do not worry you can park on the street without problems, Cardedu is a beautiful town with larger cities around, perfect for disconnecting. Great place and location!

Really cool apartment, we had loads of fun here. The pool table and sauna is a really nice touch especially as there isn’t much to do in the area late evening. The view from the balcony is amazing and on a clear night you can really see stars. We were passing through the area and it was a perfect place for us to spend the night.

The stay at Sandra's place turned out to be really enjoyable. The house is brand new, furnished in a simple way but with everything you need. It is immersed in the most absolute peace, you can only hear the bells of the cows nearby. The setting is in fact suitable for animal lovers and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The nice thing is that the beaches are still reachable in a short time and the same goes for Orosei, the main center of the area. In short, great location, clean and bright house and Sandra was very kind, even in meeting us regarding check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

Great place to stay, a little outdated but super charming. Especially the outdoor area in front of the house has invited us to linger. There are two air conditioning facilities that can easily cool the whole house. Only the water in the house was only cold available. Outdoor shower was also warm. Unfortunately, the price was a bit high for the low season in September. 800€ for 6 days was significantly too expensive. Thanks for a great stay.

Very nice stay. Matteo is a very friendly host who speaks excellent French. In addition, he was very responsive to a problem with the operation of the WiFi. The accommodation is located about 200m from the Cala Gonone aquarium and the sea is within walking distance.

Particularly noteworthy is the good location of the apartment: at least ten beautiful beaches are very close. The nearest beach, Foddini, is even within walking distance. So you already need a car, but you don't sit in it for long! Cardedu itself is a pretty uninteresting little town, but there is everything you need. For larger purchases, Bari Sardo is not far away. The apartment is small but functional. Unfortunately, only one very tiny balcony where you could hardly sit for two. I would have liked to have had a seating area in the garden. But that was also the only drawback. The air conditioning worked flawlessly - important in the hot summer. During our stay, there was always a problem with the water, which was always solved on the spot. We felt really comfortable overall and would be happy to come back!

We had a lovely few days in this pretty cottage. It was well placed to walk to the beach. The area was peaceful. Gina was very helpful and her flexibility over check in was much appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend.

We had a great week at the property. It is very nice and big enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The listing is located on a quiet street with space to park. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Small house on the ground floor in the peaceful companion, the house is very pretty with a beautiful little garden, very clean, very complete kitchen equipment, very rustic and charming real wooden furniture, supermarket and pharmacy in the neighborhood. We were able to visit the Baunei coast on a boat tour from the port of Santa Maria Navarrese a 30min drive from the accommodation.

Unfortunately, a short stay is a house that for the comfort and accessories is worth living even for long vacations . I have never found a cleaner and more comfortable house in all my trips , very comfortable even for families ( the children's bedroom that we did not use as it is only two of us are beautiful ) scent of clean everywhere , very comfortable bed with choice of pillows , impeccable bathroom with even the hair straightener. Fresh drinks available in the fridge for arrival , very welcome . Plenty of very useful informative tourist brochures, very nice disney DVDs for children ( but also for adults😅) . Mrs. Rosalba of a unique kindness and availability, we 💜 hope to return to you to visit this wonderful area again with every comfort offered by the house 💜

Beautiful and highly recommended place to stay. The place is well located and it is easy to get around on foot for any need. The listing has everything you need for your stay. This is a beautiful apartment very nicely decorated and clean. It is in a really great location in the old district with amazing views and a lovely balcony to sit on. It was very hot when we visited, the air conditioning in the bedroom really helped and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to receive a welcoming bottle of wine and to find ice blocks in the freezer and a sun umbrella in the flat, which were essential on the beach. The only thing you need to aware of is there are a lot of steps up to and in the apartment, it's on three levels. as it's in the old town the roads are very narrow and parking tricky. But We were able to find parking in the square by the church opposite. Franco was very quick in responding to messages in all an excellent host. Thank you

We were really happy with Giovanni's property. we were greeted by his lovely mother who went out of her way to help us,.and nothing was too much trouble. Even when the washing machine broke, a replacement was there that same day. honestly so helpful

Nice apartment, good location, as described, very good hospitality from the host who is always reachable, also recommends good addresses. The city of Cala Gonone is ideal for staying with children. Provide beach shoes (Gallet beaches). We also recommend taking the boat cruise, to make the most beautiful beaches of orosey golf, better to book. We'll probably be happy to go back.

The place looked exactly like the photos and was very clean. There was very good parking and the supermarket is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable from the first day and found Ivan extremely helpful as a contact.
