18th century norman farmhouse in the heart of Perche, 1h45 from Paris by car or 2h by train. Very well restored (exposed beams, terracotta tiles, fireplace...), with a beautiful garden of 2.000 m² on the edge of field, a petanque field a few tens of meters from the house, all the ingredients are put together to enjoy the countryside and larges spaces. Close to the green way that connects Paris to Mont Saint-Michel, the surroundings offer multiple possibilities for hikes and walks.
