Great place and great hosts. It's a house in a gated community. Community has a private pool and a private beach (about 5 mins walk from the house). Beach is amazing, with great sand, and very few people. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. Living room is great, kitchen too, and there are two terraces (front and back), with a grill on the backyard. TV in living room is great (with Roku). Couches are amazing. Hosts offered their help with everything and were very quick to respond. Regular cleaning during stay is not included and needs to be paid separately. Overall, highly recommended.

i really liked the place . it's close to the airport so you will hear lots of planes. but other than that. it was worth it. I would stay here again next time.

I highly recommend Eddys place for a larger group looking for lots of space, private pool, being a short walk from the beach, and being just 10 minutes from many attractions, including OSJ, T Mobile District, Condado, Pinones, and the airport. The house was clean, had all the amenities and more, including a washer and dryer, and we loved it.

We had a really lovely time at this AirBNB. The home itself is gorgeous with plenty of space for our large family to spread out. It is close enough to San Juan yet still feels rural and secluded. We were there during the holidays when there was an island-wide power outage and were pleasantly surprised to have back-up power via a generator which truly saved the day! Would definitely recommend to others. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Meg’s Airbnb. It was just what we were hoping it would be. We spent several days at the ocean beach just outside the back door. We also walked a little bit along the beach to a calmer area somedays. The pool was perfect for evening swims and afternoon cool off. The house was just as it was described and Meg and Sebastian checked in everyday. Lots of outdoor space which we enjoyed for evening games. Went into Old San Juan for one full day- recommend this s well! We would definitely like to stay again if house is available. Also, fun to check out different dinner options every night! Only cooked once at the Airbnb- used the new grill for burgers!! We highly recommend! Thanks for a great week with our kids! Troy and Jody 💕

Our family of five visited Puerto Rico for the first time a pre-Christmas trip from December 18-23, 2024. If I had more space I could go on and on regarding this rental, but here are the highlights: -Superb communication and check in instructions -Spotless clean throughout and plush towels and linens (we actually looked to see what the sheets and mattress were so we could purchase some back home for ourselves) - Well furnished kitchen with pots/pans/utensils/several coffee maker types/spices -Comfy living area and tv area -Well appointed baths with toiletries and even a remote control bidet that everyone enjoyed trying out! (TMI?) -Comfy deck with seating for relaxing and visiting as well as outdoor dining. -Easy walk to beach where you can have privacy or a short walk to more populated Hyatt area. -Workout room, pool table and pool all in very nice community area. -Only cons I would mention was no private or public grill for to use and tennis/pickleball area is byo equipment.

Our stay at Leonel’s AirBNB was great!! We had enough space for everyone to have a sense of privacy as well as having space for us all to congregate. The place was as depicted. We were there for New Year Eve and 90% Puerto Rico experienced a loss of electricity. Gratefully we were not affected due to the fact the home had a back-up generator!! Finally, I cannot overstate the responsiveness of Leo and his team. They provided great tips on local cuisine, transportation, photographers, etc. prior to our arrival. The last day of our trip we had an issue and could not unlock one of the bathroom doors. Leo made sure the locksmith arrived in time to unlock the door so we could collect our toiletries and make our flight with no issues. He was an AMAZING host!!!

The seven people in our party had a great time. We would have appreciated a check-in call on the first or second day, as communicating through AirB&B is very slow. The nearness of the grocery store meant that it was easy to cook and eat at home four nights. Walking to the beach was fun. Appliances were up-to-date and functional, except the gas BBQ which needed attention which was provided two days after we notified that it didn’t work. The A/C worked well in the different rooms. Pool is quite small. The art on the walls was exceptional and enjoyable. Nevertheless, our party has some suggestions: 1. more upholstered living room furniture. For a house that sleeps up to 12, there were about 5 seats and the rest had to sit on hard chairs. 2. Install some rows of hooks in bedrooms and elsewhere for hats, beach bags, clothing, etc. 3.Repair kitchen drawers which snagged on the door to their cupboard and were difficult to use. 4. Reading lamps were underpowered or lacking.

This was a beautiful home with everything we needed. Jorge was very responsive and flexible. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved it. Walk to the beach, extremely safe area. Didn’t have to lock the car once. Lots of food options near by. Awesome host made check in super easy, great recommendations for food. 10/10. Will definitely be back. Thanks Victor

The house was great! House was clean, ac worked (very needed) and had things to use for the beach (cooler, towels). Had a little trouble with the entrance instructions but it was 3am, it said gate 11 and should have been 12. But the house is as described and the owner is quick to respond and very polite. I overall had a great time and happy with this airbnb. Only issue was the neighbor on one side was a little loud when doing the nasty and woke me up one night but the kids said they didn’t hear anything so that’s a relief. And that’s not the owners of this airbnb’s fault. Just be aware of your noise level. Again very pleased with place and worth the price with pool, beach right in front, close to food places and Walgreens and Casino near as well. Thank you Suanette!

We truly enjoyed our stay, some issues with internet and power outage, but Kevin was very helpful and responsive everytime. We liked that every bedroom has a separate bathroom. We enjoyed the morning walks and the big screen tv in the living room. Will definitely recomend this place to fam and friends and most likely returned in the future.

Wow. This villa has it all. Great location with many wonderful restaurants in walking distance. The beach was great for my young kids and we had the best time exploring the island with this villa as our starting point. Not too far away from the airport but out of the hustle and bustle of San Juan. The area felt safe. The pool was incredible and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the space. The private patio was a favorite spot to chill after a long beach day. The host was so informative about the area and extremely responsive to all of our questions. Cannot recommend this place enough! Perfect for families.

Awesome place close to everything. Super responsive and even gave us a late checkout because of our flight. Super responsive even responded to me at 2am. We would come back we felt very safe in the gated community

We had a great time at Pedro’s home! The location is absolutely beautiful! The community offers several restaurants, golf course, driving range, casino, Pickleball courts, a beautiful beach. The house was perfect for my family of eight. There are four main suites each with an en suite bathroom and a fifth with a half bath. Pedro was very responsive when we had a household issue. Puerto Rico did lose power while we were there, but the house had a grill and numerous propane tanks, ready to go as well as flashlights and excess batteries. We sat outside and had a grand time ! One thing I really appreciated about Pedro’s house was that he had supplied body wash, shampoo, more than enough toilet paper to get us going and a full laundry with laundry detergent! The kitchen is very well stocked, including items that are helpful like salt, pepper, paper plates, coffee filters just general stuff you don’t want to buy. I highly recommend Pedro’s place for a lovely stay in Puerto Rico.
