Welcome to our exclusive property located in a private community with 24/7 security, just 15 min from Old San Juan, Condado, touristic places. Only 20 min from SJU Airport. We had a beautiful stay, the house is gorgeous and the property and views are stunning. We loved dining and hanging out on the outdoor terrace. Kids had a blast playing in the huge lawn area and splashing in the pool. There are also games and toys which kept them entertained. The house is less than 10 minutes from some stunning beaches, and although it is easily accessible from San Juan and local restaurants and attractions, it has the feel of being totally secluded, perched on a beautiful hilltop with expansive lush green views. There is a great attention to detail with high quality and tasteful furnishings throughout the property, and Edgardo is very responsive and helpful. We were staying with our friends, so there were four adults and four kids and there was lots of space for everyone to spread out. This house has an amazing balance of convenience, comfort and privacy in a totally idillic location. Highly recommended! A+ stay

I am absolutely in love with this place! With so many properties around the island going modern, this property gives old San Juan vibes. While all updated, the use of beautiful architecture in the design is incredible. The location is prime and in walking distance of everything that you need including restaurants, ocean nightlife, and supermarket. The block is incredible again gives authentic Puerto Rican vibes. The hosts are so attentive and take so much pride in ensuring that their guests are while taking care of. HIGHLY recommend!

Wonderful! We had a fantastic stay during our spring break trip. Our family of four stayed for a couple of nights so there was more than enough space for us to unwind. As birders, we specifically chose this location for its proximity to nature; it did not disappoint. We didn’t have time to explore the nearby trail but appreciated having it close by - we wandered around the area instead. The house is 40 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest as well as Old San Juan making it a great base away from the city. The home was clean and comfy. We played cards and cooked together, though we did note that there was no oven. Not a big deal, we made our cookies in the air fryer instead! The amenities were plentiful, and Carmen was lovely. Finding the property was a bit tricky only bc the address led us past the house but the response was quick and we found our way. Be prepared for narrow mountain roads that can be for tricky for two way traffic. The natural sounds make it a unique experience.

This was a magnificent place to stay with my family. This place has it all: location, amenities, restaurants, bars, beach, etc, but the best part was Señor Juan, who was always accessible and extremely helpful with all our needs. We stayed in a beautiful place to vacation, but he made it our home away from home.

We had an incredible stay at Alvin’s Airbnb! The place is very spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the private beach access—there were times when we were the only ones there, making it feel like our own little paradise. The location is also fantastic, just a short distance from the Malecón de Naguabo, where we enjoyed great food and local vibes. Alvin has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable, from beach towels and chairs to a detailed information book full of useful tips. His responsiveness was also top-notch—when the security guard was away from their post, he quickly let us in the gates. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This Location was absolutely beautiful, amazing and very easy to get to different places as well. The home is very welcoming. You feel right at home. The communication with Sonia the host was absolutely wonderful she is amazing and they are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommended this beautiful home in Manati. I will definitely be staying there if possible when I come back to beautiful Puerto Rico.
