Accurate description of the apartment. Good area, beautiful views and 15 meters from a beautiful walk from downtown. Clear instructions. If you're traveling by car, I recommend renting parking for proximity and convenience.

Miguel was a very helpful host. The apartment is as advertised. Clean and quiet. Great sea view and easy walking distance to the beach, attractions, and centre with pubs, shops, and restaurants.

Charming and ideally located apartment in Saint Jean de Luz in the center 30 seconds walk from the beach. The associated covered parking close to the apartment is a real plus. We were extremely well received and highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic view of the beach and ocean from the balcony and living room. The apartment was ideally located: in a building facing the ocean, a few yards from the beach. It looks and feels like a real home rather than the (unfortunately) typical “Ikea furnished” rental suite. It is also rather quiet. Mari Angeles kindly left us a few essentials (coffe, milk) as well as a few goodies to start our stay. Getting in touch with her was easy and she always answered our queries rapidly. Should we go back to the area, this apartment would be unquestionably our first choice.

We had a great week at the big dune. The accommodation is perfectly located between the center and the beach of the power station. The house is big with a great pool and a lovely outdoor area Marie was very available when we arrived and during the week. The request for children's equipment was available, which made our comfort easier We're not here to come back!! Thanks again.

We had a lovely, quiet and relaxing stay. we were with our little girl, everything went very well. Caroline and her dad were very responsive to our exchanges and welcoming. nice walk to do, close to the city center and the beach on foot. the house is well equipped. It was a pleasure to spend a few days at their place to discover Capbreton.

Clean, quiet, ideal location. Simple space, properly arranged and functional. A stone's throw from the beach, bike rentals, and surf lessons. Welcoming, considerate and attentive host.

The location is great, the apartment is very nicely decorated and practical. We 100% recommend the place. The only downside is it doesn't have a lockable room.

The accommodation was very well located, restaurants not far on foot. We were able to walk to the beach. We had our dogs with us and they were able to get out and get some fresh air on the back deck. Of course, our dogs were in need outside of the accommodation. Kitchen question, we only had breakfast. We found everything we needed. the owners have interacted with and are very attentive. If we were to come back to the area, we would not hesitate to come back. We would recommend this listing.

We had a great holiday in Jean Marc's house. The interior has been redone and is very bright and functional, it has all the desired amenities and the place is very quiet. The 2 terraces are perfect as is the location at the foot of the dune. The welcome is also very friendly.

We rented for a short trip of 3 days, it was too short, so there are nice bike rides. There were maps of the bike lanes available that were very useful to us. It has everything you need in this maisonette to have a very nice stay , with a small gift upon arrival much appreciated 😊

We didn't get a chance to meet Alexandrine but she was always available for us:) The apartment is as described, there is everything you need and the sea view is very pleasant (sound of waves ++).

We had a lovely stay at Béatrice's. The place is comfortable and well placed in relation to the beach. Beatrice and her husband were very accommodating for check-in and also at check-out.

I had a lovely stay, the accommodation is really nice and well appointed. Ugo was responsive when needed, I recommend it without hesitation.

We stayed for an extended 3 day weekend. The environment was quiet and pleasant, with good restaurants nearby. The view was beautiful and the loggia was very nice. Settling there for a relaxing moment was a real pleasure. We are very excited about this weekend!

Very well located, everything is within walking distance ( ocean, surf school, restaurant in 2 minutes) Downtown 15 minutes by walking I recommend

the place was even more beautiful in reality than it looked like on the pictures. we felt at home and had a really great time there! would 100% recommmend.

Nice and very quiet apartment probably due to the winter season. Very nice place thanks to the lake and the multiple walks possible. Just two small suggestions on the practical side: A toaster would be appreciated; and on the bathroom side, a shower head wall hook would make it easy for people with very long hair (our case) to wash their heads easily.
