Had a wonderful stay. Well worth the short drive. Comfortable with many amenities. High end appliances, well stocked pantry and plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. The porch was my favorite spot to relax and there is a walking path with bench seating to enjoy the surroundings. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great time! Was a great place for kids to stay big backyard and also great for pets! If you are wanting a fun weekend stay in Kearney this is the place to stay. The instructions were clear and easy. The home provided everything needed for a fun, relaxing stay.

This place was everything my family and friends needed for a weekend to get together. Between the sea themed decor to the outdoor views. It was perfect. Anita is very kind and made sure we all felt welcomed! It was perfect place for us adults to relax and the kids to play and have fun. Overall 10/10 experience! Highly recommend

This was the perfect place to stay for 2 couples to arrive for an early morning (6 a.m.) viewing of Sandhill Cranes at Rowe Sanctuary. The place is quiet with two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It was more than spotlessly clean - it shone with careful maintenance. The heavily used Union Pacific rail main line is only 2 blocks away, but the whistle sounds were not disturbing and welded rail means that there is no clickety-clack. The sleeping was fine. An altogether wonderful place to stay.

We came to see the cranes, and the cabin was only 5 minutes from the Plautz Crane Viewing Platform, so we chose it for the location. But also my family liked the property (it was an under-10-minute walk to one of the Platte channels), the front porch, the television, the well-stocked kitchen, the separate bedrooms, and the gas stove in the living area. Cranes flew directly over the cabin in the morning. We are breakfast at the cabin and used the Keurig coffee maker and supplied coffee. Drove into Kearney for dinner.

House was just as described. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. And enough couch seating for all the people! Would definitely stay again. Make sure you pay attention to the directions when looking for the house. I missed the #8 and took a few minutes to realize where the house actually was.

We highly recommend Linda’s place. Beautifully decorated with lots of special touches and everything we needed for a great stay. We felt immediately at home furniture was comfortable, and the bed was super comfortable too and great quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to activities and restaurants. wonderful communication with host. We will definitely stay here again and recommend anyone in the area. The house was exactly what we needed. Lots of beds and large spaces for the group to hang out. We had a large group so the large living and dining area made it easy to visit and play games. We were right next door to the races too! Easy check in and great communication about the place. We will definitely be booking again if we are back in the area!!

Katie was super responsive. The place was clean and exactly as described, except it was bigger than expected. One thing to know about the place is there is no place in town to eat on the weekends. Everything is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. But the host has nothing to do with that.

We loved our stay! Joey gave very clear instructions and answered any questions before we even thought to ask. The house is clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The location is great you, are right downtown with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars to walk to. The only downside is we couldn’t stay longer!!
