Everything was satisfactory. It was warm, quiet, and comfortable.

Had a great short stay, breakfast was - bonus and the location was close to what I needed!

Pretty nice for a hostel. heated floors. Website has very clear instructions for finding the building.

It was nice to be very close to the shift station, and the check-in and exit instructions were easy. There was a lost item, but it was beautifully contained in a bag, and I was able to go and pick it up in person in a week. Thanks.

First of all, the transportation is very convenient. Although the room is not big, there is a private bathroom.A very delicious complimentary breakfast is also provided and a great place!

Awesome ! Shrek was more than helpful and also a very interesting host ! The place is wildly designed and energetic, and is easy to find and has convenient access to public transit ! Would recommend to anyone who visits Seoul.

The location is nice and near to the metro and my restaurants surrounding. The room is tidy and clean. One thing to note is the bathroom and toilet are not separate but still manageable.

I'm a regular guest at this place and always have a great stay. The accommodation consistently meets my expectations, which is why I keep coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable place to stay!

I was a little unwell, but thanks to the owner, I had a comfortable stay in a very hot room! It's on the bed, but it's like an ondol room, and it was so, so good! The owner was considerate not to be cold because it was cold, but I think the floor heating may be a little unfamiliar to foreigners. But ondol... I can't get lost and don't go to the jjimjilbang. The location is easy to find, and it was so nice to wear it warmly because it was cold in Seoul:) The accommodation is cute, so it looks like it's going to be in an overseas drama. Good! And the dryer doesn't sleep really fast! The best I'll use it again next time I go to Seoul.

The location is the best. I was able to reach many places by walking and it has a metro station very close. The place is beautiful and the people are very friendly. I recommend.

The staff was friendly and it was cold, but the accommodation was warm, so I rested comfortably for a day before heading out.

Its very small but perfect for a short stay. You get everything you need and the host answers quickly and friendly. It was very quiet. Got no problems with the neighbors. The location is almost in the center of hongdae so you get everything in walking distance. Also easy access to bus and subway. I felt very safe walking around at night. I used the kitchen. It was always clean and easy to use

Very useful information and hopefully this helps the host who has limited English but is very respectful. The only issue I had was finding the place. Copy/paste the English address into navigation instead of the Korean address. Once you find the elevator entrance, it is the 6th floor named OKHWA Capsule Hotel Jongro. Once I got up and met the host, he got me in and adjusted prefectly. That's the only issue I had. For the price, hospitality, and the convenience to the nearby restaurants/bars/attractions of this place, I would book again. I noticed the locals have booked here too so you know this is a good place if you're used to staying at hostels.
