A superb stay in a perfect fully equipped and very well decorated and furnished apartment. We were with our 1 and a half year old son and with the baby kit everything was perfect. Very quiet and central place. Very well located apartment in the sands with access to everything on foot and ideal with parking to leave your car. A very good interaction with Nelly who is very responsive to any questions. Would love to come back to this place

A perfect stay in a perfectly located duplex! We had the pleasure of staying in this duplex, and I can only recommend it! The location is just perfect: everything is within walking distance, and for those coming by car, guarded parking is available less than 100 meters away (we paid less than €18 for 19 hours of parking). The apartment is well equipped, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bedding is of high quality, guaranteeing restful nights. a small downside on the uncomfortable sofa but it remains a detail. The welcome booklet is particularly well thought out, offering all the useful information to fully enjoy the stay. Finally, a huge thank you to Victorien, a caring and responsive host, always available to answer questions and make sure everything goes smoothly. A great choice for a worry-free stay!

We really enjoyed the place for a family weekend! Quiet neighborhood and a few minutes from downtown. Very functional and with recent materials, the accommodation was very clean . Toilet, bedding, kitchen, and cleaning supplies are much appreciated . Fierce responsiveness from Hosts! 100% recommendation for total satisfaction!

Apartment with beautiful sea views! Magical sunsets! Very well placed. Perfectly matches the photos. Very well equipped (special mention for the kitchen and the bathroom): nothing is missing! and top-notch bedding. No complaints. We feel very good there quickly, like at home. The little extra: the very comfortable beds (several pillows), the atmosphere fragrances and soaps and the high quality shower gel available. And then Bérangère's delicate attention! Visiting Puy du Fou for two days with my two boys, Lionel's place is ideally located in a pretty village a short drive from the park. Spacious and very well-equipped, it offered us a very pleasant night between our two days of visiting. With its double access (courtyard side and street side), it is convenient to leave the accommodation in the early morning, without waking anyone, to walk to the "Best Bakery in France 2022" to get delicious pastries. Finally, a few words about the owner of the premises, "Lionel", considerate and attentive, he is completely available (even late in the evening!) to respond to any request. This caring attitude is extremely valuable and reassuring for any guest. I would totally recommend it, and thank you again for everything Lionel! Cyrille.

Beautiful and very pleasant house. Everything was great, the bedding, the amenities, the location and the calm. And Marie Christine was very thoughtful (decorated fir tree and well heated house for our arrival). We highly recommend this rental!

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

Perfect for the beach vacation The house is located directly behind the dunes and is close to the town center, where you can buy everything. You don't need a car to get maximum relaxation. We'll be more than happy to return next time!

We had the chance to rent this house at the last minute. Martin is very responsive and accessible. The place is quiet and there are many bike paths nearby that allow you to go into town or to the sea. The house is pleasant, clean and very well-equipped. It's a real Airbnb, like a home that friends would have lent you. There are all the basics in the kitchen cabinets, both from an equipment point of view, and from the point of view of basic foods (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, flour,...). There is a lot of what you need too like bath towels, kitchen towels, soaps... There is a Nespresso coffee maker and a percolator. We felt comfortable with 6 people but it seems narrow for eight. A quick note for the bedroom with twin beds upstairs: the mattresses are thin, so rather for children. The other 3 bedrooms are very large and the bedding is good.
