Beautifully laid out flat next to the sea. Perfect spot between Saint Malo’s old town and the more locally frequented Saint Servan. Large open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area.

Good communication with Alain and Christine. Welcoming, available and responsive. Quiet apartment, close to shops and not too far from the sea.

Excellent stay at Émilie's place. There was less than an hour between my rental request and my installation on the evening of the 30th. Émilie is particularly responsive sinceit was a very sudden request. The accommodation is very clean, perfectly well located in the center and at the same time the building is very quiet. This is an ideal place for a couple and well-equipped. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great time in this apartment in the center of Dinard. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and very well furnished, it feels at home. The kids were happy to see the sea from their “holiday home”! The beach is a 5-minute walk away. It is also perfectly equipped. We'll be happy to go back. Thanks for everything!

Apartment ideally located near shops and restaurants. St Malo accessible in season in 15 minutes by sea. Many walks to do and superb panorama on the emerald coast!

We had a great time in Dinard in Roselyne's studio. Comfortable and ideally located, offering a very nice little exterior, it has the advantage of offering a parking space. Roselyne was very responsive and available to answer our questions. We strongly recommend!

Cozy apartment, well equipped for cooking, quiet and well located, close to the Sillon for walks. The garden is a plus. Accommodating and responsive host.
