We absolutely loved this house! It was amazing! It is new, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked. The 5 bedrooms are huge with plenty of room for everyone. Four of five bedrooms have large private bathrooms. We had seven adults and four young children, and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, including beautiful high-end appliances. The owners provide so many extra things like outside toys and tennis rackets. There’s also a beautiful pool table, foosball table, and corn hole game. Lots of fun activities for the adults and kids! The entire Steinhatchee Landing Resort Community is nice and had all the amenities mentioned on the airbnb website (too many to list) The house sits nextdoor to the playground, which was very convenient. The house is also convenient to the pool, work out room, and shuffleboard area. The petting zoo was cute and the walk to the river was beautiful! We were so happy that we found this house!

My families new favorite for a peaceful getaway.

The home was beautiful and spacious with a beautiful view of the Suwannee River. We appreciated having a dock for our boat. The bed was very comfy as was the furniture in the living room. Kitchen was well equipped -- better than we ever expected. The price was right! We can't wait to go again. Oh and I must say, Brian was very helpful and accommodating -- and excellent host!

Would absolutely recommend this place! Everything I’d brand new, clean, and cozy. This was probably one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. It also has a fenced backyard which is convenient for your pup. The listing states the property has 1.5 bathrooms, however there is only 1 bathroom. Everything else is as described. John & Mary were absolutely wonderful hosts! They are extremely helpful, kind, and available for any questions. Mary baked fresh chocolate chip cookies and had them in the home for our arrival, which is a gesture other hosts may want to consider! The house had absolutely everything we needed for cooking & cleaning up. With all of the activities (horseshoes, corn hole, basketball, volleyball & more) on the property it is the perfect spot for families to stay, relax, and reconnect! Relaxing on 1 of the decks & enjoying the river & nature sounds is awesome for the soul! We have already recommended Vacasa Guestworks to all of our family & friends! We can not wait to go back ourselves!

This place is absolutely beautiful, Stephanie is very attentive and proactive with responding. The house is beautiful, spotless, and close to entertainment. I can’t wait to come back with my friends, family, and bulldog.

We had such a nice visit that we added a night to check out the nearby springs (where we saw manatees!) Brittany is Uber responsive. I don’t think we waited longer than 10 minutes for a response. This spot is set in the most peaceful setting. The amenities are undersold! There’s a small dishwasher that isn’t listed. The bathtub has a whirlpool feature. And the washer is a combo washer and dryer. Everything we needed and then some. We would definitely go back.

The house was great. Everything was on point. The only complaint but not a big deal for me was the smell of the water. We did enjoyed our stay.

We sat by the campfire every night, using the comfy chairs that Rachel has, and were able to see literally millions of stars and about a dozen shooting stars. Rachel's place has everything we need while we are visiting Old Town and her communication is superb. The RV is well stocked and the a/c works wonderfully (as well as the heat - which we actually did need for a few days). The beds are comfortable and the linens are nice. Having access to the full size washer and dryer is a huge bonus. The WiFi coverage is great, I was even able to work a little while I was there. Overall a good place to stay if you are in town and want an RV experience.
