The apartment was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern finishes. Behruz was always friendly and quick to address any questions or concerns. I especially loved the convenient location—close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It truly felt like home, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free rental experience!

A great and relaxing space. We enjoyed our 3 weeks here very much. Gulguna from the outset was a great communicator. All questions prior to booking answered super fast and after our arrival the great communication continued. The apartment is in a great central location, you won’t need to take a taxi or bus at all and right next door is a great supermarket plus ATM which we had no issue using. We found the bed comfortable, AC units worked very well, kitchen amenities were sufficient for us, plenty of hot water for 2 people to shower and on arrival the apartment was nice and clean. You are among many families in this building and surrounding buildings, kids are playing in the courtyard but it never was too loud to bother us and in fact makes for a better experience to be among local families.

They corrected the mistake I made while doing reservation without any attitude. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Nargis was truly a super host!!! She is extremely helpful, responsive, warm, and friendly. One of the best things of my visit to Dushanbe was meeting her and making her my new friend :) Her command of English language is top notch especially since she had lived in the United States before. She is one of the best, if not THE best, hosts I’ve ever met. And, the value of staying at her place so high (location, rate, personal touch…etc) that I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when visiting Dushanbe. Thank you so much, Nargis! I’ll see you again when I revisit Dushanbe next time. God bless you :)!

A Brand new Condo within walking distance to Opera House area, good restaurants and new hotel. Bosch appliances throughout, better than my past stay in town paying for hotels not half as modern or comfy. Host Suhrobsho -is great gu. He gave a few local tips and helpful on my late check in. Bed comfy as, bathroom great with shower over bath with full amenities. It was a pleasure staying just like home! I'd rate it one of my best stays in region. Hope to stay again👌💯

This place has a very unique lighting that mesmerises you the moment you enter the apartment. Tidy and modern apartment, a walking distance to several restaurants where you can effortlessly eat your favourite food. Located in the center of capital Dushanbe, you can have the best view of the city centre right from your bedroom. Also tourist registration office is just around the corner. Jamshed welcomes you personally to the apartment, he is a very friendly and respectful host. Highly recommended.

The place is in a busy neighborhood with many shopping and dining options. However, once you shut your doors and windows, you can enjoy the tranquility of your own space.

Awesome place. I stayed for 3d time and it’s absolutely the best place for value. Spacious, clean, free of clutter, bright, fully equipped kitchen, great bathroom. The best are the hosts, Nadya and Nuria were absolute stars, great communication, responsive and friendly. Mahmoud's apartment was excellent. The kitchen had everything you need. There was even coffee, a rarity these days. The apartment was comfortable and conveniently located. Highly recommended if you are in Dushanbe for a few days. You could easily spend a week or longer. The apartment is very spacious.

Zukhra is an amazing host! She is very responsive, friendly and kind! This is my second time staying at her place, and I wouldn’t choose any other apartment if hers is available. Its very comfortable, feels like home, convenient and bright!

This is not the first time I have stayed, everything is as perfect as always!
