Rochelle was an excellent host and really responsive to anything we needed before the holiday and during. The property was lovely, exactly as described and fully equipped. We felt really at home and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The location is great, we hired a car and visited loads of local attractions, beaches and restaurants. We also used the pool and the gym on the site almost daily. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This was an amazing stay. Not only were all the amenities up to standard the cleanliness and responsive communication between the host alleviated all worries or doubts that we may have had. An amazing property that we will definitely be visiting again!!!

I enjoyed my stay, the host was responsive he called to make sure I was all set. I only booked for a night and the host treated me as if I was going to be there for while meaning he still made sure I had a welcome basket and called to ensure I wasn’t short of anything. Definitely will be back !

I stayed here for a funeral with my son and cousin. Host was great with whatever we need to feel at home. I was so comfortable I ended up extending my stay. And will definitely go back. It was Very clean, very quiet, Very peaceful. Stina was amazing. Any questions I had, I got a response right away!!

Our group had a fabulous stay at Sea Spray! The host and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We hardly had to worry about anything — they took great care of us and allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Karen's villa is amazing. She is a wonderful host, and Tamara, the caretaker (and so much more) was so kind and Absolutely stunning property! Even more beautiful in person, with thoughtful design, cozy furnishings, and breathtaking views. Tamara, the on-site caretaker, made our stay extra special—her warmth and incredible cooking truly elevated the experience. We felt completely taken care of. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly peaceful. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. This place is a total gem—we’re already dreaming about coming back!

Another Amazing stay! Our flight got cancelled and we had to rebook another day with Tracey and Jermaine and they were incredibly helpful during our time. I was beyond anxious a Tracey’s calm nature and proactive nature kept me calm and collected . Definitely made a friend after this stay in Tracey, she’s amazing!

ZYANI was recommended by dear friends. Our group of 7 rented the entire villa for 3 nights, and we'd all go back in a heartbeat. The focal point is the patio, directly on the ocean—it's stunning. The soothing sound of the ocean is a constant. The saltwater pool is perfect. Each bedroom is spacious, all with their own bathroom and nice little touches. If the ocean breeze isn’t enough, the ceiling and floor fans are good. We opted to hire a chef for our stay, and the meals they cooked for us were all fantastic. Stephanie and her team are friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. The place is full of love and tranquility. I recommend you either drive or use Uber, as there's not much within walking distance. Stephanie recommended a small secluded beach nearby, and is less than a 10-minute drive. Other area attractions are 30 to 60 minutes away; Stephanie guided us on what to do (and, equally important, what to skip). Much love to Stephanie for creating a peaceful oasis in Ocho Rios! ♥️

This place is beautiful! it is actually 4 units in 1. 2 upstairs main unites and 2 downstairs units that were booked as one entire home. we loved it. it was great for our group. We experienced slight trouble as the gas bbq did not work. It was converted to charcoal. also, the Netflix projector and surround sound is in Beta mode so we unfortunately didn't get to experience that. We did request it both days but unfortunately it didn't work out. The space is clean, we'll kept, and beautifully overlooks the sea. Definitely a must book.

Two words : The staff ! Winston , Chef Sheree and Annmarie made the experience so amazing . They were friendly and very knowledgeable and accommodative . The place is absolutely lovely , the pool deck is to die for and the bar area brings the right amount of vibe . The place is private and allows for you to feel safe and relaxed in your own space . I would absolutely recommend this to anybody to just get away from home or host a little event if needs be ! Well done Team !

Vacation Stay Home in Mammee Bay Jamaica, was a dream like experience. Immaculate white rooms with white canopies and linen shaped into hearts greeted my guest. Their personal rooms which all had large personal bathrooms, also had doors that led out to balconies or directly into the beautiful grass of the grounds. One of my guest said it was her door to Narnia. The staff were so attentive and pleasant that within days I felt as if I knew them for a lifetime. They will be missed. Chef Shaun has to be one of the finest Chefs in Jamaica, I have eaten Jamaican food in NY, LA, Miami, Montego Bay, Kingston, St Ann and St Mary and his food was by far the best I have had, and he was all ours! The neighborhood walk to the beach and restaurant was delightful and the private beach was breathtaking. All of this was facilitated by one of the most attentive and helpful hosts I've ever come in contact with, the fantastic Dahlia. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, welcoming, and just awesome!!

Joshua was so easy with communicate with and booking process was seamless. The place was exactly as described! The beach is a simple 2 min walk away and is gorgeous and private. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants etc. Ideal for a family stay!

Bryan really took care of us. This was our 2nd time staying at one oh his properties and this one was amazing. The community was awesome. There’s a gym, a supermarket, a public pool and a playground for our kids with East Indian Mango trees by the entrance and to top it off, our particular Air B&B was one of 2 with a private pool in the backyard. It was so nice. There were restaurants close by and Ocho Rios was and Runaway Bay were surprisingly close.. I want to spend special shoutout to our housekeeper Jillian who kept the place spotless. Our kids loved her. Every chance our 3 year old got, he was with her playing. Breakfast was on point every morning. Wanna bigup Rochelle too who helped with arranging Christmas dinner…. We will be back for sure. We really love this place. Our pictures look like something out of a magazine. Thank You.

This was our second time staying at Anja’s & Orville’s villa with two separate groups! The home is beautiful with a beautiful pool & garden area. Everything is as pictured and even more stunning in person. Anja & Orville make your stay even better by helping arrange any of your transportation & meal needs! I had the best experience staying at Take Five Villa the property was beautiful with breathtaking views. It looked exactly how the pictures looked. Jackie was so wonderful I loved her being there she cooked everyday and everything was amazing I wanted to pack her up in my suitcase and bring her home with me . Great hospitality, i would definitely recommend this villa and I will definitely be returning back to Jamaica and staying in the same villa . Thank you for everything this has been one of the best trips I’ve been on so far .

Great host, Great location. very responsive. wonderful pool.

The house was very large. Each family member had their own bedroom, bathroom and balcony. We had Michelle cook for us and really enjoyed that. Michael was very responsive if we needed something. He even helped when we got a flat tire on our rental car. We had a really good unique experience that you don’t get at the resorts. All and all it was a great trip and stay.

Everything was great for our 2024 Ladies Trippin in Jamaica. The host was very communicative and the chefs/helpers were amazing. Kai, Abbie and John were friendly, funny and helpful. If you don't want cleaning/cooking just let them know and they will leave you be. We loved it there and had an amazing time. If we would've asked about beach towels and pool floaties...we would've had those too but we came with our own. Better instructions or map for private beach would've been helpful. We definitely would recommend Que Sera. The view alone is worth it!

Such an understanding host that was communicative and accommodating. Had travel issues and she ensured that we weren’t further inconvenienced. Definitely will be looking to stay at her place if we come back. Amazing experience dealing with her.

Our group enjoyed our stay at Patrick's villa. It was clean and comfortable, tastefully furnished and had all the basic amenities. The chef Patrick recommended was also professional and prepared very tasty meals for our group. Patrick is a great host and was always accessible, responsive and accommodating. This villa was a great value. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Lovely Irie exceeded our expectations. Irene was fully responsive and provided us with a wonderful face to face welcome. The amenities were first class and Irene went the extra mile by providing us with snacks. Overall we had a wonderful time and the only regret is that we did not book for a longer stay . We will be back and I will be recommending Lovely Irie to all of our friends Hugh and Ingrid

I felt right at home the minute I was greeted by the property manager and the doors opened to the house. Like Dorothy I always shared the opinion that “There’s no place like home!” but this house felt exactly like home for me..
