Vintage house on the hillside

Ancient farmhouse furnished with vintage and Italian design furniture. I like the idea of not throwing things away and adapting them again with a new feature telling the story of those who owned them. The house surrounded by a private garden is full of biodiversity. We are in a beautiful panoramic position with 360° view of the hills and the plain 15 min. drive from Reggio Emilia, 1 hour drive from Bologna, 40 min. from Milan, 2 and 1/2 hours from Rome and 1 hour from Florence (via high speed train).

Apartment on PRIVATE BEACH. Beautiful sea

Our stay was really great and liked it very much! The location of the apartment is top, the view from the terrace to the sea towards Portofino a dream and the private beach luxury in an area where public only very small, mostly crowded beaches are available. Being good on foot, however, is a prerequisite, as many stairs have to be overcome! Zoagli itself is an enchanting little place with the essentials (pharmacy, doctor, small shops). However, you have to switch to the neighboring cities of Chiavali and Rapallo for shopping in larger supermarkets. Parking spaces are missing in the peak season at all corners and ends, if there is the possibility, it is best to rent a scooter during the stay or accept the parking fees in the few public parking spaces. Marta was an exemplary host! She gave us tips on how to get there in advance and the extremely nice caretaker, Mr. Luca on any conceivable situation and question. Thank you again, thank you for that! All in all we had a wonderful stay in the beautiful Zoagli and surroundings and will be happy to come back!

Lilia and her husband are wonderful hosts and assisted us in every aspect of our short vacation with courtesy and professionalism. Pedro Country House is an amazing property. Large comfortable rooms equipped with all amenities. Perfect for large groups and with a grill space that is not often found. Not only is the outdoor area very large with a large table, but also the space created from the former stable is able to accommodate many people. The area is not only very peaceful and beautiful, but it is located on the slopes of a beautiful castle There are walks in the woods and in the nearby village there is no shortage of restaurants We recommend the Pedro Country House to anyone who wants to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the tranquility

Thanks to the Hosts for their helpfulness and friendliness. The apartment is beautifully located in the historic center of the village and is part of an 18th-century building completely renovated in a modern style, the building has 3 other apartments + the main house, communicating only from the entrance and the staircase Highly recommended!

The apartment has been recently renovated, so furnishings and interiors are new and modern. The spaces are well cared for and very clean as the linen. The property is in a quiet and central area from which you can easily move on foot to reach the historic center of Pontremoli, which is a beautiful medieval village overlooked by a beautiful castle. Riza clearly provided us with all the necessary information for our short stay and was really kind. When we arrived, we found fresh water for us in the refrigerator, a simple gesture that we really appreciated given the high temperatures. Highly recommended!

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

Large elevated villa with two terraces with beautiful views overlooking Lavagna and the sea. Very nice, clean, tastefully decorated. Barbecues and garden tables enjoyed. Parking in a plot below. We wish we could have put the car in the inner square yet available. A few bowls/dishes are lacking in dishes.
