Large house close to town

LesiaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Maureen is a wonderful host. We had a late check-in, she waited for us, told us how and what to use in the house, recommended places to visit, bought us food, which was very nice of her. The house is located on a tranquil street, but at the same time, there is a shop nearby and only about 30 minutes to the city center. All photos correspond to reality. The house has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and we felt at home. Many thanks, Maureen, we had a lovely stay and will be happy to return to your home again!

The Red Brick House Family and Friends Welcome.

MaryRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We have just had the most wonderful stay at the red brick house. We were a group of 3 adults (one elderly) and 4 children aged 10, 8, 6 and 3. The house fit our needs perfectly, plenty of room for the children to run around in with the fantastic addition of the basement games room which had plenty of use from us all. Location was perfect for my elderly father in law as was only a short walk to the town. Joe who was there to greet us was very welcoming and helped settle us in and was also there to check that our stay had gone ok at the end. We will most definitely be back. Thank you very much. Stunning beach house just off Wild Atlantic Way

DaniellRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Such a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting. Staying in this house was like escaping into a dream. The views were simply unreal and there were plenty of nearby sites (ring forts, beach) within walking distance. There were detailed instructions with recommendations on nearby restaurants as well. The caretaker for the home was incredibly responsive and friendly. Such a lovely home that I would happily stay at again.

Spacious 5 bedroom holiday home, with indoor stove

AnnaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This house was perfect for our needs. As a large group of adults, the number of en-suite rooms was great. The house had a wonderful large kitchen/living space, perfect for gatherings. The house was warm and beds were comfortable. Barbara was quick to respond and very helpful with our check-in and check-out arrangements. There was plenty of equipment and a well stocked cupboard of herbs and spices and odd bits that you need but don’t want to buy just for a few days. The location was perfect - 10 min walk to the centre of Bantry and the views are amazing from the house (despite the rain). We will definitely be back.

Entire Flat - Keel, Castlemaine, Dingle Peninsula

EamonnRating, 5 stars3 days ago
I can only concur with all the great reviews Rory has accumulated. It was a horrible wet day the day I traveled to Rory's place & after a long, miserable drive it was so welcoming to see a warm, cheering fire crackling away when I arrived. Communications with Rory were excellent throughout & the accommodation had everything I needed for my stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rory and his place to anyone contemplating visiting the area.

Noreen was a great host who went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had what we needed during our stay. For example, she purchased sheets for a playpen, bought milk and chocolate/cookies, and provided a change pad for our little one. Her place is very spacious and quiet. It also is great for traveling with a baby. Location wise - it is about 10-15 mins walk from the centre of town and the walk is nice. Parking was great and easy to get in and out. We would have liked to have a bit more amenities in the kitchen, just because we ate in quite a bit for dinner with our 5 month old, but that said, it was sufficient to get by. I would recommend her place.

It is a very beautiful house. Large space, fantastic views, cozy and clean. It is a perfect place to stay. Breege is a very friendly host. Unfortunately, we can only stay one night in this house because of our limited time of travel. Next time, I’ll make sure to have enough time to stay there for several days.

Grouse Lodge near Inch beach Dingle + Killarney

FaithRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Our stay at Grouse Lodge was wonderful!! William met us when we arrived with a friendly greeting and shared local information. He even told us about a local Gaelic football game (he’s the team manager), which was an unexpected addition to our itinerary and one we greatly enjoyed! The apartment was one of the cleanest we have stayed in and was exactly as described. As a previous guest described, the W/D is a combo unit that takes 3-4 hours to complete a small load - we have come to expect these on travels and it was no problem, but something to be aware of if not familiar with these units. We greatly enjoyed our stay in the area and would 100% choose this location again. Our favorite activities in the area were Gap of Dunlop, Muckross Abbey, Slea Head drive (especially Dunquin Pier area - lay in the grass and wish you could stay forever), and the Gaelic football game (check one out if you can)! If Grouse Lodge is available during your travels, book it now! You won’t regret it!

You know, there are places where you're greeted by a good host and the check-in is as pleasant as can be: a beautiful home, luxurious views, a convenient location. And then there are places where you're welcomed like family. And within three days, that place becomes very dear to your heart. Thank you, Joanna, for creating such an atmosphere. We truly appreciate you and are already dreaming of coming back. (Ivanka said she doesn’t want to be home — she wants to go back to Joanna and the dogs.) Hugs to you and thank you for your hospitality.

I’m so happy I picked this place to stay while in Dingle! The location was perfect where it felt secluded enough but still close to town and Slea Head Drive. Carmel is absolutely amazing as a host and had great recommendations. The stay had exactly everything we needed. She really has an eye for the details and is super responsive! My husband and I were really happy with our stay and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Thanks Carmel!! :)

Sensational and nice.....we felt being home. It´s a very nice place to go hiking but also the recommended Whisky tasting was a joy. All in all, 5 stars + rating for this beautiful home.
