Elmer was very kind and helpful as for the home and view the photos do not do it justice we will be coming back very soon and I can not recommend it more. It felt like we were in our own resort with the river view from every window we were literally sitting right on the river the main home was spacious and the kids loved the guest house. This was the second time we stayed at this house for a family gathering. As it was 2 years ago, this was a great place to enjoy a winter weekend. The house is easy to get to, very clean, with comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen was easy to get around, and the fire pit outside near the lake was great for us. All in all, a 5 out of 5 for all of us, and we'll definitely come back.

Juliana's place was the perfect getaway for my Mom's 70th birthday. Half of her sisters already live in the area so we were looking for somewhere to stay close to them for a girl's weekend. Everyone commented how beautiful the home was. It was clean and spacious and close to plenty of things to do- brunch at Speckled Hen/downtown Strasburg, shopping at the outlets, thrifting at the many thrift stores in the area, farmer's markets, and more! The rain kept us from being able to enjoy the fire pit and creek but it was such a lovely view to see everyday. Thank you, Juliana for sharing this space!

There is not enough good that I could say about this place. My fiancé and I wanted to host a small civil ceremony for our family and friends. Jordan was extremely accommodating and kind and answering all of our questions. He worked with us to have chairs and tables delivered for the ceremony set up. The space is absolutely stunning. Every person that came for our ceremony were in awe of the beautiful views of the water coupled with the peaceful secluded location and the incredibly beautiful home. Our stay was short, but well worth the price we paid. I would definitely stay here again. I would just like to thank Jordan again for making our special day that much more amazing by letting us host it in his beautiful home but also for being such an asset in helping us execute our civil ceremony flawlessly 💖 this has been by far, my favorite Airbnb that I have ever stayed in.

Love the quaint cottage setting. Second time staying. Gail is very responsive and proactive with the booking. Getting in is easy and it feels like you’re in a magical place. Stocked with coffee and often forgotten bathroom items, books to read and even weights and mat for a workout. We’ve stayed during spring and miss the restaurants and activities in the area. The lighting isn’t very good for tasks or reading but you can rearrange lights to make it better. It’s a great place to get away and relax. Would recommend for your next stay.
