Vacation rentals with a kayak in Digby County

Lovely cozy, private cabin with a 10-15 minute drive to Annapolis Royal. The kitchen was small but nice and clean. Bathrooms were spacious and clean as well. The beds were comfortable and extra linens were available. The whole place was very dog friendly with included bowls and beds. We loved the wood burning stove in the living room and had a wonderful stay with friends and our pup despite all the rain. John was an excellent host and provided info about the area and was great to deal with and accomodating during both check-in and check-out.

JD’s place was just as described. The views of the water were amazing. The light switches would benefit from marking which light they control, perhaps in the house guide but we did figure it out pretty quickly. When we visit the area again, we will absolutely rebook this property!

Bear mountain lodge was amazing! Exactly what we were looking for! Josh and Vianca were great hosts, super friendly and responsive! We will definitely be back!

This house on Lake Gardner was PERFECT for our family gathering to celebrate my daughter's wedding. The outdoor seating and beach front was more beautiful than the photos for chatting, eating, and playing in the sand with a toddler. The lanterns going out to the point were so beautiful and the colors on the lake and other side at sunset were spectacular. Thank you so much Natalie and Eric for sharing this home with us!

We felt lucky to find a place so close to the beautiful Kejimkujik National Park!! The yard is huge and beautiful with a lovely walk down to the lake. Comfortable beds, nice hot water, easy to control the temperature in the house. Only negatives; upstairs bathroom only has a tub, kayaks need some work.

I can’t even explain how perfect this place was! The owner made sure you wanted or needed for nothing. Everything was squeaky clean, comfortable, in absolutely perfect condition and just beautiful!! Ryan was very quick to respond to any questions I had! The hot tub was clean and perfect temp!! I would highly recommend! Also the view is superb! I can’t say enough good things!! I have only one complaint which is minuscule, we all wished the main TV was lower so we didn’t have to crane our necks!! Thank you Ryan!!!! We are going to make this an annual stay!!

Lisa’s place was so beautiful n cozy, has everything you need for a staycation. I love that it’s right near the water n have full access. I would recommend this stay to anyone who needs a relaxing stay.

we are family of 6. The children loved all if the extra toys to play with. There was plenty of room for everyone. This lake house was clean and very relaxing. The hosts had everything you would need plus more! we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The location was so beautiful and quiet! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of seating inside and outside. The one amenity that we missed was a dryer but the portable washer worked well. The host was very communicative and we felt like we get got a great bargain. Even though I came from the west coast, I got up at sunrise each morning and it was memorable!

We were so pleased with our stay! Beautiful location, wonderful sandy bottom lake, privacy, comfort, very well equipped kitchen. We will definitely book again!

This cabin is very nice and comfortable. The dock and view are so nice. Beautiful area.

We felt like we had a break from the world. It was peaceful, very cozy, charming, and comfortable. We slept like babies, even though it was cooler weather and we had to put wood in the stove for heat (something we enjoyed immensely). Kitchen was reasonably equipped, so we just cooked our own meals. If you’re ok with a few bugs and spiders here and there (nothing dangerous), you’ll love it. We plan to be back.

I had a different reason for staying at Mink Lake ... we are considering purchasing a property on Mink Lake and I wanted a place to stay that would allow me to get a better feel for the lake and the area. Amanda was super helpful in accommodating my timeline and duration and was very good at communicating throughout our reservation and stay. Much appreciated!

This was our second time staying at Diane and Garys. The pictures do not do it justice. This place is beautiful and they provide everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone!

David and Angieszka were amazing hosts. We actually felt pampered staying at their peaceful cabin! I very well appointed cabin with, literally, everything you'd need. The sauna and hot tub made it feel like a spa get away. We left feeling very restored!

What a jewel their cottage is, and exactly as described. The cottage was immaculate and everything you need is there and then some. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had longer to visit. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting to explore the area, while enjoying a nice relaxing place to stay on a lovely lake. Loved the kayaking as well.

Loved the cottage it was comfortable and beautiful. The outdoor dining area was perfect for relaxing outside with some shade. I would love to go back again anytime. Decent fishing too!! Jennifer was a great host. Thanks for everything!

This was such a beautiful place! I wish we could have stayed longer! If I ever get back up here from North Carolina, I will definitely stay here again.

Jan's cabin is the perfect spot for a Maine Lakeside getaway. The house was cozy and had all the amenities you would want while being right on the water. The outside deck is definitely the highlight with comfortable furniture to dine and watch the amazing sunsets. Janet is a delight as a host and I look forward to returning.

This place is beyond words! Spent 4 days...booked 7 for next year. What a gem! Beachcombing, on your own private cove, the setting, the view... saw habour porpoise, seal, eagles and of course lots of deer. An incredible getaway to disconnect. Only wanted to stay longer! The place is simply perfect! Even the fog is fascinating and atmospheric. Never slept better! Thanks Ashley! Much appreciated...see you next year Deer Island and Chocolate Cove! Loved this quiet peaceful space for a family getaway. Close to gorgeous beaches. 15-20min away from Carters beach and Summerville beach. The latter is a great beginner surfing beach.

The Bocabec bunkie was just so cute! The wood stove kept us nice and toasty as we watched the view change from sunrise to sunset. So close to St Andrews which we had a great time exploring!
