Beautiful home! Very well thought out and equipped. Close to downtown and all the fun parts of Nashville. We went with a group of 6 and two small dogs. The home was spacious, clean, accurately depicted in the photos. We loved our stay and so did our two doggies! We will return next year and hope that Casa de Cowgirl is available to house us once again! Thank you Maria and Sophia.

This house was great! Just what we needed for a nice get away with the dog. It’s not far from the heart of the city but far enough to be out of the crazy traffic. Danny was a great host. Straight forward instructions and very responsive! We will definitely stay at this house again the next time we come to Nashville!

This home was absolutely amazing and beautiful!!!! We had such a great time! Sooo beautiful and not to far of an Uber ride to downtown. We wished we had more time there to enjoy the house more. The beds were soooo comfortable & the water pressure in the showers were great as well. Rose is sooo sweet and responsive when we messaged her. She made us feel so welcomed! We are already talking about going back to Nashville and when we do this is where we will want to stay!

beautiful place peaceful surroundings. very clean and comfortable. neat well stocked. the only issue i had was my own. also I couldn't figure out how to get the door to lock, but it was so quiet and peaceful, even though it was in the middle of the city, I left it just closed. went to get dinner, and thought it was locked, but I guess I did it wrong. Anyway, after discovering that there was no longer a reason to ask how, so i never even mentioned it. all was well. it wasn't bothered at all when we came back from the restaurant. I highly recommend staying here. it was perfect!

Lindsay was attentive and responsive. Property was clean and ready for guests. Property was close to great restaurants and shopping while in a private and welcoming location just outside of downtown Franlkin. Pets were welcomed and enjoyed the large fenced in backyard. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Franklin and Nashville.

Joel and his family were wonderful to deal with. I had my parents staying in town for 4 weeks so we rented this cozy little spot near my own home and close to downtown Franklin. It was perfectly nestled right outside downtown across from our favorite park, Pinkerton. The unit had everything we needed, was clean and Joel had strong communication with some of the things that popped up in our 4 week stay. I highly recommend you rent this unit and am grateful to have found it!

We really had a great time at Angie and Matt’s house. The house itself was very clean, perfectly furnished and extremely comfortable. The pool and grounds were extremely relaxing and peaceful. Nashville is close at hand by car or Uber and we found the short trip a small price to pay to be staying in such a beautiful house.

My girlfriend and I and our families were in town for an awards show in Nashville so we wanted to find a nice quiet place to relax when not in town and this place more than lived up to that! It was a beautiful, quiet setting with an easy commute into Nashville. Grocery stores were only a few mins away so it was very convenient to stock up then come back and forget about the outside world. Dan and his family were excellent hosts. He was very responsive and friendly. He gave great recommendations for things to do in Nashville. The interior was set up beautifully and we felt right at home, which was needed after a 14 hour drive. I definitely recommend taking some time to get out of the water there and take in the nature. We cannot wait to come back again and again!

After Xmas get together with extended family. I think 7 bedrooms total, every room but 2 had king size beds. So spacious and just fun in its decor. The dining table sat 6 but has expanders to easily fit 10. Greg made sure we had enough chairs, plates and utensils to accommodate all of us. Even provided 4 tv trays for additional eating space. This is a quaint and quiet neighborhood; extremely charming so we were able to take walks and enjoy the outdoor scenery as well. Too cold to enjoy the pool it looks like it would be fun in warmer weather. Greg was very responsive; offered a great selection of restaurants to try and places to see.

We were in town for 3 days for a tournament. The townhouse was clean and spacious. The location worked well for us…we were within 10-15 minutes of everything we needed. I was able to work easily from the desk space and the wifi worked well. It was a great home base for my son, my husband, myself and our dog. We would definitely recommend and we will stay again next time we are in town!

We loved our stay at the Farm house! The staff were so friendly and helpful! We loved the new game room they added! We would stay here again!

The host was SO RESPONSIVE. The house was absolutely beautiful. The place was super clean, so boho and everything a Nashville first timer needs!!! I would 10/10 recommend this stay!

Had a pleasant stay! We were very comfortable and the kiddos really enjoyed the ping pong table and games. We wanted an affordable place to stay that was close enough to Nashville! Definitely better than a hotel and may even be cheaper!

Very relaxing, rustic cottage with all the modern touches. Beautiful location I came in early spring, so the trees had no leaves, but the cabin is surrounded by trees with a fire pit. Very nice place for a rest.

Such a spacious and great place to stay! Less than 30 minutes from downtown Nashville & great restaurants!

Everything was perfect ,had family in town for a wedding . Karen was very responsive to accommodate our needs for a comfortable stay .

So happy we found this gem! Comfortable, peaceful, clean. Having access to a washer and dryer is priceless. Huge back deck with a beautiful view. Travis was very responsive to our questions. We have already booked it again!

I had some trouble with the key lock box and Mark & Amanda were able to respond right away. I did not end up needing their assistance after all, but just knowing they were able to respond so quickly was wonderful

We were comfortable and cozy. The yard was great for our dogs. The location was convenient. The host, Mary, was responsive and informative. The place was spotless and quaint. The water pressure makes for a great shower. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place that fit all my needs. I did not want to be in town so this was perfect location, yet 15-20 minutes from anything you may need. Loved it!
