We had a bachelor and bachelorette party at a couple of the bungalows and it worked perfect for us! Location was great! The outdoor area in front was awesome and very cozy!

The unit was clean. Adam was helpful in arranging early check in. He responded promptly with a question early in the morning. He also sent a courtesy email with check out procedure.

This house worked perfect for us. We only needed a place to sleep and get ready, as we had family who lived in town and we spent all of our time with them at their house. We comfortably slept 6 adults and 2 kids + a baby in a pack-n-play. It is exactly as described! Thanks for a great stay Carrie!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. We came to relax and this was the perfect place. We loved the location where we can hangout outside or inside. You can fish off the dock and bring the boat up to the dock. Sarah was super friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend this stay!

Great location, lots of space, and as advertised! I would note that we had 11 people, if we would have had 16, some would have been sleeping in common areas. The dock and outside were very nice, though the cobwebs were plentiful and clearly the outside had not been cleaned prior to our arrival - there was recent flooding in this area and some of the properties were unable to be accessed temporarily so this may have been a one time thing. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and we had room for eating, playing games, and enjoying the space - indoor and outdoor. The neighborhood is very quiet, which was great! We had a great experience and Cara was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay. Everything we needed. Was well equipped from the kitchen to the items in the garage for the beach! They thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everything is a pretty close drive and the beach is a block away. We would definitely stay here again with our family!!

The location right on the lake was beautiful and the house suited our needs perfectly. It was the perfect location for a chill and cozy weekend getaway with friends. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! We were looking for a place ON the water in Okoboji that could fit a big group! There was TONS of space/beds and plenty of private bathrooms. Close to golf courses, restaurants/bars, and great amenities (fireplace, large yard, plenty of parking, waterside, and access to the campsite). Would highly recommend!

We were here for a “Girls’ Weekend” and it was perfect! Plenty of room for us. Super comfy. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Many “extras” such as throw blankets, room diffuser, tea assortment, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, etc. Beautiful space and easy driving to local shops and restaurants. Maybe a bit pricey, but well-appointed; spacious, clean, comfortable and sweet “home away from home”! Thank you, Michelle!!

We loved staying here!

The condo was perfect for our family of small children and adults. Everything was fresh, modern and clean and conveniently located near everything we were wanting and walkable. The private pool was wonderful for small children and adults. Jayme was quick to respond to a few questions we had during our stay. We will definitely be booking again as our family comes every year to Okoboji.
