The property is beautiful, and Kartikey, was incredibly kind and helpful. On our way to the property, our car had a coolant issue, but Kartikey was there to assist us. While two of us went to a nearby garage, he stayed with our other friends at the property to ensure they were comfortable. It was also my friend’s birthday, and Kartikey went out of his way to help us decorate the place, making it a truly memorable celebration. Pros: • The property is well-maintained and clean. • Stunning location with breathtaking mountain views—you can literally feel the clouds! • Kartikey is an amazing and helpful host who made our stay extra special. Cons: • The property is a bit downhill, which may be tricky for elderly guests. • Network and Wi-Fi were major issue, though it might have been due to bad weather. While it may not be ideal for travelers wanting to explore the town’s crowded hotspots, it’s perfect for anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature and tranquility. One thing to note is the approach road—it can be a bit challenging for those coming from flatter regions. However, the host offers assistance to drive guests down and back up to the main road. The highlight of this stay is undoubtedly the food. Every meal is delicious, leaving a lasting impression. Special thanks to Sumit and Naveen for their prompt service and great hospitality. The trek to the nearby village offers scenic beauty along the way, making it an experience you won’t want to miss. The availability of WiFi makes it an excellent option for WFH. Lastly, the property is truly pet friendly and we had a great time with our furry companion.

Malcolm is a great host. He was constantly in touch with the guests to personally check that everything is going good and the guests do not face any problems whatsoever. In fact my family members felt so much comfortable and it was like a second home. The place was quite, comfortable and surrounded by nature yet easily accessible from the main city. Overall it was a great memorable experience for us at his place.

The stay is at a secluded location making it perfect for people looking for a quite enjoyable stay, without being too far off from all the necessary amenities and access to the city. Would recommend this place highly, only challenge you could face is that google map location ends 100m prior to the actual spot and the approach road may mislead you into thinking that you’ve arrived elsewhere.

One of the best Airbnb’s if you’re planning to visit Rishikesh or Dehradun. Host is really helpful and has great energy. The caretaker was really sweet and was always there whenever we needed him, he also gave us a tour of the property properly. Overall would totally recommend and visit this place again!!

Totally recommended. Had a great experience. It’s a beautiful, clean apartment in a fantastic location. The balcony view is just so beautiful. The property in fact offers more amenities than those mentioned in the list and has all the necessary facilities like clinic, general store, restaurants on walkable distance. The host was responsive and friendly. Would love to stay here only if I happen to visit Dehradun again.

Great place to enjoy the peace and quiet. My kid and dog had the best time running around in the open fields and the view of the Mango trees is just spectacular. We had a great time. Did not explore much around as we were there for a day only. The staff on the property is courteous, cooks really well and very mindful. No unnecessary disturbance, prompt and great homely food. We will definitely go back here.

This stay is at the top of a mountain and the view in all the directions is breathtaking. This is a wonderful home stay. The caretakers are from local village and go above and beyond to look after you. The food is amazing and we had a huge range of options and was made fresh using vegetables from farms around us. We had a bit of a crisis where one of my dog hurt himself and the caretaker went all the way to Chamba to get medicine for him. I would definitely want to visit again.

My family and I had a great time at Prateek's place. The house is lovely and the garden is huge and had ample space for playing variety of games with children. My mother loved her walks in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The best part of the stay were the caretakers of the property - particularly Baby who was a delight to have around. Her husband prepared sumptuous meals for us which she lovingly served. They also arranged a bonfire night with variety of tandoori treats 😋 We highly recommend Prateek's place to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday with great home cooked food in a beautiful property surrounded by mountains.

As a solo lady traveler I had an incredible stay at Cliffside Cosy. Felt very safe. The place is decorated in the boho style and is absolutely adorable. Has been very well maintained and is kept incredibly clean. Vessels and even staple food provisions have been provided. For more intensive cooking you must stock up before coming Could sit for hours on the balcony watching the sunset. If you want peace and quiet then this is the place for you. I would have stayed indefinitely if I could. Champa the caretaker is a star. Diptansh and Rohit are super responsive and very helpful. Rohit came all the way from Dehradun to help me settle in and checked up on whether I wanted anything during my stay. He was there at checkout too to make sure everything was in order. Only one downside there is absolutely no connectivity here and one must rely on wifi. Full marks to this property and I highly recommend it.

My best air bnb stay till date, its little outside of mussoorie, away from the hustle of typical hill hotels with small balcony and all, this was the best decision. Their property offers best morning views right from bed because the room was big and covered with glass windows so the first morning light hits perfect go there for a day or 2 just to stay away for mall road, shops just go there have party at night and it will be very peaceful. The owners were also there they are so nice people they treat you like their own family, staff was very nice polite and they made best food and the mutton was very nice
