Mr. Imtearul's place is a hidden gem, just a 5-minute walk from the main road. It's beautifully serene, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the air conditioning works flawlessly. I especially appreciated the heated water in the washroom. Overall, my experience was delightful, and I would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful retreat. I truly enjoyed my time at his lovely accommodation and would love to stay there again someday.

I was the first person to stay at Azad brother's place when they first started Airbnb. 6 months later now, I see a lot has changes specially interms of amenity and service. This place has exceeded my expectation. I can say without any doubt, this is one of the best airbnb i have stayed at. Theres nothing else you can expect from a place that makes you feel more at home. The only downside - this place is so popular that it remains booked most of the time 😅. Lastly, if you are getting a chance to book this property, go right ahead without any hesitation as you would not be dissapointed for sure.

The place It is a really outstanding place. very comfortable and cozy and has all the amenities as listed. one request to the owner is to update the location on Airbnb where the maps location navigates to a different one from that described. Fortunately I had been to Dhaka before and was able to reach with some effort but for someone new to the city it would be a hassle. (Commenting on Feb 2024)

I had a wonderful stay at Elegant Properties! The space was spotless, stylishly furnished, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made check-in seamless. The neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located near great restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Raisa's place! The space was clean and comfortable, with a housemaid regularly tidying up, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The interior design was thoughtfully done, with warm lighting that gave the place a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It was a relaxing and pleasant experience overall, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay!

Incredible place! Loved the high ceilings, the lawn and just the overall energy of the place (+the ride to get there) The host was super responsive and helpful all throughout and can’t wait to escape the city and go here again!

This is a beautifully designed home surrounded by nature and quiet. It far exceeded our expectations. We loved the peaceful setting. The sun room on the top floor with a grass terrace outside is a great place to relax. Ashraf and the caretaker were both quite helpful when issues came up. We paid to have meals cooked there for us. It feels like it's in the country, but it's in a quiet gated residential neighborhood with nice paved streets. It's a great place to take walks with family (usually difficult to do in Bangladesh). There's a nice bike there to use. The house is equipped with AC's but no power backup at this point, so it gets warm during power outages. This is an amazing place! I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a vacation combining modern conveniences with the beauty and quiet of nature.

The communication with Lubaba was perfect. I booked the place for 20 days but finally I only stayed there for a few nights. She told me that I could stay for a more nights if needed and that for free. Do not hesitate to book this place if you are going to Dhaka. It is a quiet and secure place to stay !

It is a great place to stay and very secured. The host Mr. Saleh is very cooperative and helpful and also his other staff. Good place for family. It is also very neat and clean and properly maintained.

It was my first airbnb stay in Dhaka, I would say the experience was good the place is in 15th floor so the view was amazing at night as u can see the city n the highways all the way, plus the host was very responsive n one of the best , the people around the place were nice knowing that we are not from there would definitely recommend to anyone staying there
