I was very satisfied with the hospitality and service provided. Hopefully, I will visit soon again.

Everything was good but the location he gave us was incorrect. I asked him specifically about a hospital location from his place and he responded that the hospital was only 10 minutes of walking distance, which is what I actually needed, i was sick hence the Hospital. I couldn't travel by car , I needed to walk to the hospital per my doctor's advice. When i checked in to the place and started walking to the hospital it was 30 minutes of walk which was impossible for me.. I told him about my situation, he said " you just leave my place" very Rudely. I said okay well i will leave right now if please give me a refund. It was the same day i checked in. Sooo many insults he said " okay you cancel the booking and i will approve the refund ". I canceled and left his place the same day. Its been almost 15 days , i keep asking him to approve my refund but no response from him. Very bad hosting,No manners at all, No professionalism at all. Hope no one suffers like me and book with this host.

Tis Airbnb exceeded my expectations in every way possible. It was a challenge to find a apartment which is safe for a foreign girl. Im glad i chose this one. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality and warmth. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It has a microwave, a fridge with freezer and AC's in both bedrooms. The neighbours are all welcoming and friendly. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. Rana was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met throughout my stay. I highly recommend AR Residence to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable Airbnb experience in Dhaka. Mirpur itself is really colorful and exciting. The Metro is nearby. We often used the Metro to safe time. I will definitely book it again if i'm in Bangladesh. Thank you so Much Rana :)

Mr. Masumul was very helpful, and was extremely responsive. He was helpful from the start to end and was available for any support required. Will definitely be staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The main host was friendly and responsive, though the local host response time could have been a bit quicker. Overall, I would still recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming spot to stay with nice surroundings!
