Amazing house, decoration is awesome and the place is very comfortable. But, the thing that makes this place stand out is the staff. Dipesh and Asis were super friendly and attentive. They did everything in their power to make our stay perfect. Thank you. We had a great time.

Anil ji’s place is lush green, peaceful and right in the nature’s lap. There is ample space for parking. The property is right on top of hill so you will get amazing views of mountains. Rooms were clean and tidy. Anil ji’s got a sweet family who took great care of us. They treated us like family. We had home cooked food from their own farm which tasted great. We had a great family time at this place. Would recommend to someone who likes peaceful atmosphere far from city life. Thank you, Anil ji for having us. Will definitely visit again next time we be in Nepal.

This place was very peaceful and clean. I felt right at home. The bed and sheets were cleaned and it’s a place that’s well maintained. 💖

Returned back to this place and it did not disappoint. The place was pristine, and the stay was peaceful like last time. The host was there to receive us and give us other recommendations. He helped me figure out spots to explore especially sauraha. He arranged a package for me to explore sauraha and it was very fun. Overall, a fun stay. Cant wait to be back here when i visit Chitwan.

The Pigeon Homestay is an absolute gem in Kathmandu! Ketan, the owner, is the best host ever—so kind, attentive, and welcoming. He goes out of his way to make sure every guest feels at home. The rooftop terrace is a highlight; it’s the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and enjoy the serene surroundings. The girls working there are also incredibly lovely and helpful, adding to the warm and friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful stay or a base to explore Kathmandu, this homestay is perfect. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Rukum Dai and his family were extremely welcoming and kind to us. Having young children whilst traveling can be difficult at times but they accommodated our every need. Very warm and friendly family and their nightly Thakali dinner was so delicious. Definitely recommend this homestay

It was a wonderful stay at Kumar‘s place. We enjoyed it so much and we loved the atmosphere and surrounding of his place. The room had everything we needed and was well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and Kumar helped us with everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend. We stayed already once in his place and will definitely come back if we are back in Chitwan.
