Mirko is a kind and helpful person, the apartments were clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay, the garden is large and tidy, in the evening there were also lights above the outdoor benches for those who want to stay out and eat with plenty of seats.

I had another great stay at Flavio’s apartment. Again easy check in, perfect spot to stay and super friendly hosts.

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

Great place to stay in a quiet location. The home has all the amenities for a restful stay. Swimming pool, sun loungers etc. Lovely restaurant 100m from the property. Lots do in the local area.

We loved staying at Denise's home. The house is beautifully decorated and light-filled, with lovely open spaces for being together. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that Denise said we could use a few pantry items, since we were only staying a few days, and were flying home right after. The beds were comfortable and our girls (ages 7 and 9) love, love, love all the toys and books. After being on the road for a while, staying somewhere where it felt like their best friends lived was amazing! We appreciated the ability to pull down the black-out shades, too, for them and us, as we definitely stayed up later in Italy than we do at home. At night we could hear the creek, and we did a little walking on the path that goes to the lake. Thank you, Denise, for such a lovely home away from home!

Our stay was perfect, villa was better than anticipated. Was extremely clean on arrival and had everything we needed already there. They even left out towels for us which we had all forgot! Would recommend highly and would stay in again. Also everyone we met with regards to the property was very nice and friendly.

We enjoyed it very much. Have already stayed in several vacation homes and Monika's house is actually also the best in comparison. The location is quiet and you are very private, but the whole thing is topped with the fantastic panoramic view of the lagoon. The house with pool and garden invites you to stay permanently and offers children many play opportunities.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was stunning. The house is in perfect shape and clean. Sara helped us to find a parking spot and described/showed us the way to the house perfectly. She was helpful and answered quickly. Sara even gave us some recommendations about where we could eat or have a drink nearby. We‘ll most definitely come again! Thank you :)

We spent 5 days there and we are delighted with the stay on the shores of the lake, alternating between visits and hikes. monica was responsive and flexible on arrival which was nice.

Fantastic place to stay to explore both Bellagio specifically and Lake Como in general. Easy access to the ferry services to explore other areas of the lake with Bellagio's lovely cobbled streets, cafes and restaurants right on the doorstep. It is a relaxing, cosy and private space. Loved it!

The owner of the house is very nice, the house is particularly clean and tidy, and the view is beautiful. If you're traveling nearby, don't miss it!

Stefano is a very nice and polite host. The place was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing, breathtaking.. You could relax on the balcony watching boats moving across the lake or chilling in the garden enjoying the weather. Shop nearby with basic products. Also the bus stop is not too far. The house is spacious, very modern and equipped with everything necessary, wifi is also very good. Bed was very comfy and we even had a few pillows to choose from which was great! The owner Anna is extremely friendly and cared a lot about our good experience. There are many hiking routes in the area and several restaurants to choose from. We can fully recommend this place, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

The apartment is actually an entire two-story house located in the courtyard of an apartment building in the center of Milan, very quiet with its private outdoor area closed. The location is great, you can walk to the Duomo in 15 minutes. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thanks to Geneva for the helpful and clear instructions.

Beautiful the location is wonderful. The villa is quiet, and well maintained. The host is very helpful and accommodating. In short it’s an ideal villa for a lovely stay in this region for families.

This is a spacious, comfortable and clean house, conveniently situated in the village a few minutes from the lake, supermarket etc. It is well equipped including covered outside space and garden. The underground car parking is very useful too. We were warmly welcomed by Antonio who was very helpful for our whole visit. Lake Como is beautiful and we were pleased to stay in this house for our visit.

Beautiful little house with a magnificent lake view. We spent 2 nights there, ideal for visiting Menaggio and Bellaggio. The house is very well equipped and Alessandro is very responsive and available. We recommend it without a second thought.

Very nice little house, high up... a little wind in the evening. We enjoyed being able to eat out. Very friendly welcome with cold drinks and cupcakes, jams. Very responsive host to fix wifi and TV issues so we can watch the Olympics!
