Condo vacation rentals in Desert Ridge, Phoenix

This was an AZ trip with my dtr/2 young granddtrs. Normally would stay at a hotel, but we wanted a kitchen, 3 bedrooms/2 bath/washer/dryer. Upon request, ground floor provided, and bonus- right next to the pool. The unit actually exceeded the photos. Everything was clean and overall working fine, unit well-stocked with all you need. We really enjoyed the stay. It's in a gated apartment complex, check-in as easy as they could make it, and no big to-do list upon check-out. Valet trash pick-up. It was too far from Kierland Commons with small kids so we drove. Walkable enough for adults. Assigned parking was very tight/pole taking up space, but close, and alternative parking not too far. The pool was heated and the kids loved it. Excellent layout where noise doesn't carry in the unit. Hidden, super large closets behind the mirrors in 2 bedrooms - that we didn't even see the first day! I would definitely recommend it and may be back!

This was a great place to stay. It was easy to find and access, and seemed to be centrally located. The pool and fitness center were great too.

This isn’t our first, and definitely won’t be our last stay at Toby’s place. It was everything we needed to make our time away comfortable. It comes fully loaded, although we never use much while we are here! Things to note that you would likely appreciate: ~ Lots of hangers ~ Location is perfect ~ Blackouts that really work in the bedroom ~ Bottles of water and lots ice ~ Bed was comfy ~ Reliable WiFi ~ Very clean unit ~ Laundry and supplies in the unit ~ Loads of games ~ Lots of towels available ~ Lots of storage for clothing and suit cases ~ Parking stall close to unit ~ Toby is kind and helpful Here are a few of our favourite places to eat when we are in town. They are all within walking distance if you don’t have mobility issues!!! great value very clean

Condo as advertised. Clean and very well equipped. Great location. We did not use pool or hot tub - it was a little chilly in Phoenix that week. We did not cook but everything we would have needed was there. Drug was well stocked. Did not use second bedroom but primary was fine. Quiet, never even saw neighbors. WiFi adequate. All in all a very positive experience and Christine was a great host. Strongly recommend!

Tancy was great and extremely receptive to any questions I had. Thankfully I had gotten in to AZ a bit earlier than expected and I was able to get an earlier check in time which was fabulous. The area was a bit interesting behind the hotel but overall great stay!

I had a really nice stay here. The condo complex is a bit older, but well maintained. And Dave’s condo is spotless in a very good shape. I would stay here again without a question.

Good place to stay. Exactly as described. The neighborhood was great. And this is random, but the TVs in the place are at the perfect height - don’t have to break your neck looking up to watch them. I really enjoyed the place.

Enjoyed our stay. I would stay there again. Noticed that some commented that the actual unit was difficult to find. this is far from the truth, with the detailed instructions left by the host, we arrived right to our door without any problems.

We had a very nice stay! Fun Coffee/wine bar on the corner - super close. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Old Town Scottsdale.

Prior to arrival I texted Erin & Elise to ask questions as we had been burned w/false advertisement w/a prior Air bnb. We were so happy to see the place was sparkling clean, had all amenities as advertised, unit smelled AND looked clean ( bedding was comfy and smelled wonderful)! Pros: location; walkable to restaurants and downtown, info on things to do/see BICYCLEs!!!! We went everywhere on them! Walking/running/biking paths out the door Quiet, small community Lovely pool and hot tub Gated Cleaning products abound Cons: curtains in guest bedroom as porch light(s) at night are bright, No Keurig as advertised Blanket on master bed, only on guest bed No snacks as advertised Sharp knives would be a plus We would loved to have extended our stay but unfortunately it was booked. I would definitely return and recommend Erin and Elise’s rental! They truly are the definition of a ‘super host’ and live up to what they advertise, a real professional property management company.

Marcie’s place was wonderful! Her home had everything we needed, the complex’s amenities were great. The pool and club house was always empty when we used them. I brought my dog with me and the location was perfect for an animal. If we had any questions or concerns she immediately responded. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome stay, it was a quick stopover. Alex was very quick and accommodating for our arrival and departure.

Kim's place is centrally located to most Phoenix attractions, some of which are within walking distance, such as Papago Park. I stayed for just under 2 weeks and it was nice to have most items provided such as toiletries, cutlery, teas, etc. The condo also has A/C or heating which works well if that means something to you. I got the impression that Kim is passionate and professional about hosting. She was responsive which made the stay comfortable, I'd recommend her property and would stay there again. This is a great find!

No complaints! Check in was easy. The place was a bit bigger than I expected and rooms were clean.

Michelle’s Condo was wonderful! This was our first time staying in a condo/apartment setting and we worried about having privacy and noise issues but there was none! The condo is in a perfect location, it is not too far from the parking lot which is amazing when it comes to hauling your luggage/groceries and other people coming and going. Being on the first level was a plus as well! We enjoyed having the laundry room close by, so not having one in the unit wasn’t a problem at all. The staging and layout of the condo was perfect. It felt homey and comfortable. I liked how both rooms weren’t right next to each other or too close. It felt as if they were their own little suites with having two bathrooms available. Michelle was also amazing. She let us have our time without overstepping as a host but was sure to let us know she was there if we needed something and she was! Her response times were wonderful. We would not mind staying here again.

Chandler was very helpful and understanding when early check in was requested. It is a nice condo, close to Old Scottsdale and other restaurants.
