I had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short distance from downtown while still enjoying a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and accommodating. If you're looking for a cozy, convenient, and welcoming place to stay near downtown, I highly recommend this Airbnb! I would definitely stay here again.

We used Janet’s place for a cousin’s reunion of 6 people. One of our group grew up in Danville so she was our tour guide for 2 days. Janet’s place is very comfortable and spacious, we all agreed we would have no problems using her place again if we needed to.

Jeff’s place was easy to find, easy to access (lots of stairs if that’s an issue for you) and looked as described. It was clean and tidy. It was cold outside but the apartment was nice and warm for us-that was great! There are a few small negatives. The apartment is quite dated with the old wallpaper and printed fabrics and the living room furniture is not very comfortable. There was coffee available in the morning, but the only creamer was powdered creamer from 2020. Bring what you need! Those reasons alone made me feel it was priced a little high. Overall it was a good stay and with warmer weather, it would be fun place to retreat being able to walk to and enjoy the downtown area!

I had an amazing stay at Melanie and Steve place! The room was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a fantastic location. Melanie and Steve were incredibly responsive and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The place had all the amenities I needed, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, well-stocked bathroom, and tranquility environment. The neighborhood was lovely. I felt right at home during my stay, and I would definitely recommend Melanie and Steve to anyone visiting Burlington/West Burlington, Iowa. Thank you, Melanie and Steve, for being such a great host!

Great place and location. It felt like a home for the three weeks we stayed there, we will definitely be back again if we’re ever in the area. Deb is definitely great at communication!

Our "Thanksgiving" stay at Danielle's in Burlington, Iowa was great! Home was cozy, clean, and comfortable and the surrounding had so much to do and walkable! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family!
