If you are in Derby for a MTB trip and fancy being a bit spoilt, this is the place. Spotless, well furnished and well equipped. Comfy beds and plenty of space . We will be back!

Delilah’s Cottage was perfect. From placing the initial reservation to checking out Julia (the host) was friendly, helpful, responsive and respectful….professional in every sense of the term. The cottage was perfect. We have stayed in many places in Derby and Delilah’s is up there with the best of them. Cosy and clean and private with everything you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounds. We did spot the resident platypus and enjoyed sharing the beautiful yard with a diverse collection of bird life….a bonus we hadn’t anticipated.

Julia’s place is great. Prime location with lots of space and good bike storage. Nicely designed and all the facilities you need. I assumed it had a tv but it doesn’t. A tv would make a great addition.

I can honestly say that this is the nicest airbnb property I’ve ever stayed at. Everything you could need - pantry full of all the essentials - great kitchen and cooking utensils/pans/crockery - best equipped (tools) bike shed - comfortable beds with beautiful bed linen - lounge and dining area really well set out - and OMG the bathroom area - I would have stayed forever if I could … thank you

Beautiful accommodation in a peaceful town. We loved the style and decor of the North Esk Cabin which was quite different to the other options in the area. Helen was very helpful with information about the area and things to do and was very proactive and responsive. Recommended accommodation if coming to Derby!

We both loved our first stay in Derby and the River Cabins was an ideal spot to have chosen for our accommodation. Centrally located in Derby with everything you need to enjoy the area. The cabin was comfortable and well appointed for the two of us. Helen was very responsive and more than willing to provide local recommendations and helpful tips. We would definitely stay again.

This was one of our best trips, everything was thought of. There was plenty of space, beds were comfortable and the bike area safe and secure within the entry. Loved our stay here x

A perfect stay – every detail was thought of! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was cozy with extra pillows and blankets, and the bathroom felt luxurious with floor heating. Every small detail made it feel like home. Highly recommend!
