Had a lovely long weekend at Pamela & Alan's warm, cozy home. We made good use of the wood stove, grill, and hot tub and took advantage of the board game and DVD selections as well! We also enjoyed the local attractions such as the Putt Putt Van Winkle mini golf course, Brushland Eating House and Bovina Farm & Fermentory for delicious dinners, Wayside Cider, and even went for a little hike nearby. The house was clean and comfy and we felt right at home - thanks to Pamela and Alan for the wonderful stay!

This beautiful and private home was very clean, stylish and comfortable. We really enjoyed the very clean hot tub and slept well in the comfortable king bed. Anya was responsive and communicated well. Our stay was great and we would recommend this place for sure!

This house was better than the pictures. It is absolutely amazing- gorgeous and clean. The hosts thought of every possible detail to make our stay special. They are not super hosts - they are Super Duper hosts !! They should teach a class on how to host an air b n b. The house was huge , beds perfectly comfortable, hot tub clean, gym was convenient, tvs everywhere and a working fireplace. There were 9 of us and we still had plenty of room. We all had a relaxing trip- we can’t wait to come back. Hosts responded quickly and were pleasant and helpful. If you have a large group , I don’t think you will find a better house!

A perfect spot for my daughter, grandson and I to stay in my home town to visit family for a few days. The loft is in a great location, extremely comfortable and clean. Sheila provided us with fruit, bread, coffee, tea and other items which surpassed any other Airbnb that I have stayed. I wasn’t able to meet her but communication by text was prompt and friendly! I highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was very gracious and responsive, especially when we needed new sheets—she made sure we were taken care of right away. The town of Andes is absolutely charming with great spots to explore, and nearby Delhi was also a wonderful destination with lots to see and do. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a serene escape in a scenic, welcoming area!

I was looking for some quiet after a stressful few months and something of a view. I love the water so I picked this place and it want a far drive from me. I felt at home and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could think of which was great because I really wanted to bake for myself and just do a great self care weekend which I did. Me and my pup got to have some alone time and hang by the water across the street at the gated off little beach. Hung out in the hammock and sat on the boat launch. Exactly what I needed. Definitely coming back !

The Catskill Retreat was the perfect snowy getaway for my family and I. Douglas was exceptionally communicative and respectful. The living area was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. We bought a bunch of food from home and the kitchen was fully equipped; the kitchen was very comfortable to cook in. Good thing we did because some of the roads were closed and extremely icy during our weekend stay. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this place to others looking for a little getaway :) Thanks Douglas!

It’s was close to all but private and peaceful… picture were accurate however seeing the sunrise peek through the windows were just breathtaking! Love it my family/friends enjoy it too! And as the sunset, beautiful lights came on on the porch and Christmas tree lights. It was just lovely. It was a nice touch and a nice surprise.

Easily accomodated our large group with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the large living room/dining room space for us to gather. Plenty of kitchen equipment for us to prepare meals and loved the extra sink and bar area for food prep. The fake fireplace was great with the temperatures outside below freezing. Lovely back wooded area with the brook to see from the back porch. Hosts were quick to respond and their home was beautiful.

Had such a lovely time and exactly what we wanted for a long weekend getaway. House was well set up and every detail was well communicated by the host, Alex. The surroundings were calm, the lake was beautiful and clear, kayaking was fun for all, and hot tub to warm up after being out on the water. Everything was very comfortable and we hope to be back.

Our stay was amazing! This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway in a quiet town. The house was beautiful, the fully fenced yard was amazing for our dog to run around in, and the wood burning stove kept us warm for some cozy nights in. This was a fantastic place to stay and Paisios was quick and responsive with all of our questions! We would gladly stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Arnoldson House! The house was open, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The property was beautiful with lots of wildlife. It was the perfect place to relax after our long days at ASV. We would highly recommend!

Just spent a beatiful 3 day weekend at adams place. Gorgeous home and surrounding property was just what we needed.On checked in day adam emailed me and said house was available anytime we want to arrive. This was a nice gesture and we did arrived early. We hope to book again next year for our yearly getaway in the mountains in November.

Wonderful family time at this beautiful home. Everything you could need was provided, ample bedding, towels, kitchen so very well equipped. Have no negative comments to make, communication was responded too very quickly. Power cut while there and credit given to allow us to go get coffee from a lovely coffee shop called Catskills Coffee which we then visited a couple more times. My daughter who lives in Jersey is already planning on rebooking and I am sure when we visit from the UK we will consider another stay.

Great place, close to ski resorts. The only issue was the road to the house—it was steep and covered in ice and snow. A 4WD is definitely needed in winter. Overall, a great stay!"
