The cottage is just like the description shows. You can sit outside and watch the birds and squirrels while having your morning coffee. The kitchen has everything you need well stocked with pots and pans, the cupboards are filled with glasses and really good dishes. It even has a toaster, coffee maker and a full-size refrigerator. It’s in a very walkable neighborhood, but better than that. It’s a three minute walk into the park where there’s trails that go all around through the trees down to the lake. After your morning hike, you can jump in the Jacuzzi that’s right outside your front door. Vanessa is super helpful responding any questions within an hour? I can’t say enough about how great she was during my stay.

My husband and I have stayed in many AirBnbs, however, this was certainly the best. The peaceful atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the amenities in the cottage made our stay absolutely lovely! I highly recommend Chad’s and Anastasia’s cottage.

The carriage house was the perfect place to stay! My husband and I were traveling to visit family in Dallas with our toddler and needed a place to stay for the night! It had such a cute, homey feel to it and we loved all the charming aesthetics!!Erika made sure to include anything we might need and the bed was super comfortable :) also there was a cute little pond outside that we were able to hang out at as a family :) if you are looking for a cute, easy place to stay that you’ll always remember, this is it!

We really enjoyed our extended stay with Janel and family. She was a super great hostess and welcomed us into her home. She was very responsive and communicated often and even dropped off supplies! The area is a great location and close to many attraction and events in the Frisco area. You want to visit park? It's down the street. You want to visit The Star (go Cowboys)? It's less than 10 miles way. You want to visit the lake? It's walking distance from Janel's home. You have everything within minutes AND you are still in a very quiet, rural area. You can't ask for more!! Come visit my new friend Janel and her lovely home!

Sally’s place is a true gem! Perfect location for visiting UNT and getting a feel for the area. The space was absolutely perfect. Very open, spacious and private.

This is the place to stay. What a beautiful getaway so peaceful cows were walking all around felt like we were in another place. The host was amazing very responsive and squeaky clean. Everything was so nice. The place smelled amazing. We stayed here for almost 3 weeks while our house was being fixed what a wonderful time.

they were very quick to respond, very accommodating. it's a great price for the location, and there's lots of things to do in the area.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed walking along the shoreline of the lake and swimming in Rodney's pool. Rodney was super-responsive, friendly, and welcoming. This one-room AirBNB (no kitchen, but equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave) has a beautiful view of the lake, facing west (sunsets!). The air conditioning worked great, which is important in the Texas summers. We made the mistake of thinking that this was a dark skies area (due to Lakewood Village's designation), but instead of viewing dark skies, we took advantage of the great restaurants in nearby Little Elm (check out Sawaii Indian Restaurant). The way that this opportunity popped up on AirBNB, I didn't realize that Rodney also has a downstairs unit. Next time, we'll look to see if that unit is available, in order to avoid carrying luggage up and down stairs with shallow steps. All in all, if you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is a great place!

We had a wonderful stay at Chance's airbnb in Denton. It was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was exactly as described. Our stay went very smoothly. Chance's airbnb had every amenity someone could want from a hotel room with the privacy and convenience of an airbnb. I would recommend Chance's airbnb for anyone visiting Denton and will definitely consider staying here again.

This was the perfect place for us to stay! Not only close to our family in Northlake and Flower Mound but it’s close to Roanoke and Grapevine. Victoria’s place had everything we needed for our stay including a huge variety of flavored coffee pods and the bed was so comfortable! We will definitely be staying here again.

Reethi was very nice and asked a few times if there was anything else I needed. He supplied water and Coke in the fridge, plenty of streaming services on the tv even shampoo and conditioner for who might have forgotten!
