You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

Beautiful apt for a couple! You can see and fall asleep by the ocean. My husband and I stayed for a wedding, but we'll definetely be back in the summer to take advantage of the pool to teach our baby how to swim!

Tara is an absolutely wonderful host! We had the BEST girls weekend relaxing in the hot tub and checking out nearby shops and restaurants. The location is amazing. We're already thinking about planning our next trip to the cape! Thank you so much for having us! 🩷

The host (Nadia) made communication effortless, responding quickly and providing clear instructions every step of the way. The property was exactly as shown in the photos, and Nadia’s attention to detail— from the thoughtful decor to the very clean conditions—made the stay extra comfortable and welcoming. The property was only a short drive to a variety of restaurants, shops, and other amenities, making it incredibly convenient. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very handy. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

We had a a great time and really loved the location and communication with the host! The pond is practically the back yard and easy access to bring our kayaks in. Close to the bike trail and all of the awesome Dennis beaches. One of our best cape vacation homes we stayed at!

The condo location is ideal for a quiet beach getaway or a sightseeing excursion. It is located at the outermost point of Cape Cod right on a private beach next to the Atlantic Ocean inlet. Beautiful yet comfortable condo+beautiful views=magnificent vacation

We cannot wait to return. This house looks small but had everything our group of 5 needed and more. Two bathrooms, sizeable bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and personal touches, too. We woke every morning for the amazing sunrise which can be viewed by sitting comfortably on the deck, the rocks, or right inside the house, if it gets too cold. We cooked at home, but also loved 908 Bistro and Captain Parkers pub. Easy drive to Chatham. This house is so very lovely and nothing compares to being right on the beach. Samantha was very responsive. Instructions were clear. We were there off season, so it was quiet and peaceful. Already searching for dates to return.

Staying at Slate House made a good spring break trip even better. Lindsey was an amazing host and was very thoughtful and communicative throughout our entire stay. The house is stunning and has everything you need to spend time with the people you care about most. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

This was the perfect place for our family to gather for Easter. The home was not only beautiful, but it had everything we could possibly have needed. The views of the pond were incredible, and I imagine it must be spectacular in the summer! The home was so very clean, and the attention to detail far surpassed any other rental we have ever experienced. We truly enjoyed our first trip to the Cape!

My large family and I had a great stay during a recent wedding in town. The house was large and offered everyone their own privacy but also extremely cozy. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was expansive. Views were beautiful. We will 100% book again in the future!

This house was nice! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. The location is great and peaceful as well. I loved sitting in the chairs on the dock and having a fire in the fire pit. Definitely recommend this house!

From the moment we entered until We packed up we felt a world away from the house selling process. Aruna and Joe have done a beautiful job decorating the house inside and out. It felt so cozy to sit with the gas fireplace and look at the mallards, Canada geese and swans float by. The location was perfectly situated in a very safe neighborhood yet close to route 28. We loved our stay and hope to come back to explore the pond by kayak. Thank you so much!

This property was stunning! As described. Brenda was extremely responsive to messages. My family appreciated the labeling she had done, it made everything very easy to find. Anything you could want this place has it, from super comfortable beds, tons of space, clean, and beautiful views! We will definitely be back!

Book it!! Just do it! After staying in Air BnBs throughout the US and in many other countries I have to stay Marc was the best host! Extremely responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. His place was perfect and he even had one of our favorite games, Skip Bo available! Overall, fantastic experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia’s home! It was in amazing location close to the beautiful downtown but also very private. The private beach is hard to beat! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and was stocked with anything you could need. Julia was an amazing host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly. We can’t wait to return for our next stay here. Thanks again Julia!!

Perfect for a family with little ones. They loved the bunk beds and going to ocean edge using the amenities that were given. Will continue to look at chris's spot when coming back to the cape.

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

Our second visit. We love the place. Quiet but close to great beaches and the Popponesset Marketplace is 2 minutes walk away, with fish restaurants and small stores with necessities (including wine and beer!). A highlight of this visit was sitting on the patio in the morning and 3 times seeing an osprey dive to the pond and catch a fish.
