Vacation rentals with a patio in Delmenhorst

For me, the place was perfect as I had several appointments with friends in Bremen Neustadt over the weekend and everything was quickly accessible by tram. Also on foot you were in 10 minutes at Lake Werder - for a walk with a dog also a very good starting point! I particularly liked that Andrea had coffee and tea and spices/sugar ready - that was a nice, cozy arrival! Thanks for having me with my dog!

After more than a month in the apartment, I can say that there is really nothing lacking there. The apartment is well equipped, very clean, nice kitchen and a modern bathroom. The apartment is very quietly located, which I noticed very positively in shift work. Dirk and his family are great hosts and super flexible.

I really enjoyed my stay at Felix's place. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures, I was totally delighted. Everything very clean and modern. Check-in was totally easy and by arrangement I was even able to get into the apartment 2 hours earlier, which helped me a lot. Communication was great, Felix was always available and very friendly. Highly recommended! If I'm in Oldenburg again, I'll definitely be back.

The perfect example of what an Airbnb should be. The house and location were beautiful and so tranquil. The garden is fantastic and the house had everything you would possibly need. The best thing was the hospitality. Petra left some lovely surprises for our son and our dog, and after a long day of driving it was a wonderful surprise. The perfect experience.

I was with my friends in this great house for my birthday. Everything was as described, bright, very clean and lovingly furnished. The sunsets in the garden are beautiful. Even in a larger group, the house offers enough space without stepping on each other's toes. Even with children, I could imagine it very pleasant in this house, as it seems very child-friendly. The fireplace is also a highlight. Communication is absolutely great and warm. I highly recommend a trip to Ina. Thank you for the wonderful time at your placle.

The holiday home Seehund was very cozy and very stylish. Lucas is a very enjoyable and reliable contact person, from whom we have received help at any time. There are still some construction sites around the house, which did not bother us any further. A restaurant that can be reached on foot would have been great. But in the cozy kitchen it was fun to cook together. We would like to visit the accommodation again.

The kitchen is well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and gave me great tips for restaurants around the area. We had a great time staying at the place and were immediately in the holiday mood. The furnishings are very stylish and each room is individually and artistically designed. The setting is a dream, in the middle of the park, surrounded by palm trees and mammoth trees. On the terrace you can have breakfast, relax and let it all go well with birds chirping and sunshine. To get to the city center, there is a train every 15 minutes which can be reached on foot in 11 minutes. Or you can just spend the time on site😊Sabine is a friendly, accommodating hostess. We will be happy to come back!

A very nice place to stay where our son felt very comfortable during his internship. Everything he needed was there. Shopping and train connections for daily commuting are within easy reach. Fast and uncomplicated communication with the host possible at any time! We are happy to recommend this apartment and come back to it on occasion.
