Take the canoe out or go for a bike-ride. Enjoy grilling & evening firepit fun. Also there is a large screened porch to read, nap or enjoy your morning coffee. We are pet friendly too! Our family gathering was just wonderful due in large part to the home exceeding our expectations. First, host Laura could not have been any more helpful and responsive. Add to that was a beautifully laid out home for a small gathering that was well stocked and filled with of amenities. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a beautiful place within close proximity to Annapolis and Baltimore to seriously consider this home. Thanks again!

Adam's place was lovely. I enjoyed having my coffee on the deck in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The home is perfect for anyone who loves the shore. Rooms are decorated in shore motifs. I felt so relaxed there. LBI was just 20 minutes away. Adam leaves instructions throughout the house which was helpful. I highly recommend this listing and look forward to booking it again in the future.

We had a fantastic time over Labor day week. We arrived early in the day and we're pleased to learn that early check in was available. The rental is above a Cafe but it wasn't open much as the season was coming to a close. The home is literally on an inlet with great views. There is a marina with a small storefront and several 16' boats available for rent. Parking is free. The home is old but very well kept. Washer and dryer available and were in great shape. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 decks. There are no other homes on this side of the inlet so it's very peaceful. There is internet and many amenities. We rented boats 3x and also went on a charter fishing out of Sea Isle. John and Cristine are wonderful hosts and saw to it that all of our needs were met. Restaurants and beach access are close but would require a drive and parking. Lastly, the price for the week seemed competitive with the other rentals in Sea Isle. We hope to be back next summer.

We stayed at Jane's 8/19-22/24. The accommodations were clean and bright. Everything needed was available. Attention to guest need was evident throughout the apartment. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and the view of the bay was lovely. We are looking forward to staying here again. Thank you, Jane!

What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.
