Very responsible host! Walls are a bit thin with the next apartment so if you’re a light sleeper be mindful of that. Also if you’re planning on cooking, the kitchen is quite minimal

What a great stay! We were walking distance to Ohio State but were still in a quiet neighborhood. It was exactly as described. We will definitely look to stay here the next time we’re in Columbus!

Kurt provided helpful information about parking and how to get in. The place was very cozy and close to our event venue. My husband left his watch and Julie was super kind to mail it back to us.

Nice home; well stocked kitchen. Convenient to Schiller Park and restaurants and shops in German Village area of Columbus.

The apartment was very nice and in a great location. It’s private and has controlled access to the building. The host is very responsive and accommodating.

Great management timely responses to any issue made. This is my extended stay at this GH Hospitality apartment building. Wonderful location in downtown Columbus which is very convenient to downtown and surrounding areas and restaurants. The building offers spacious units and clean accommodations. Additional services provided for example: in-house washer and dryers, free parking, gym and even coffee provided to residents and guests on the main floor in addition to a lounge area with a pool table. I'll be staying again.

Perfect apartment for a weekend getaway in Columbus! Surrounding neighborhood has plenty of tasty restaurant and bars. And a doable walk to both Nationwide Arena and Ohio Stadium. Would love to stay here again.

Pictures were exactly what the place looked like. Easy to get to and they were very friendly. They left us a goodie box with snacks and some ponchos for the concert that was much needed! ❤️

This place was exactly what I was looking for- clean, comfortable, affordable and close to OWU. The working and clean kitchen was key as I wanted to be able to cook some meals for my daughter. I would definitely stay here again

Location of apartment was great, very close to restaurants, extremely walkable. John is a wonderful host extremely responsive and in one case had even a lockbox for duplicate key when i accidentally left the keys in car. I did extend my stay a bit and the process was seamless and John responded clearly and timely. Overall happy and will stay again if in the area.

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Ado’s rentals, and like our first stay, this one didn’t disappoint as well. Ado responds very quickly to texts and the location is perfect for when we visit our son at school. We will be back!

Roger was great, BnB was great, all around nice place to stay! Quiet, Clean and private neigborhood, and we had no problems with road noise or neigbor noise. Every room was spotless and tidy, very much appreciated 👍 Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 Host

What a wonderful place to stay for the week! Stacey went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. The house is in a great location for neighborhood walks and not too far from the village full of restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

Place was very close to everything we wanted to do.

We stayed almost 1 month, it was like home. The neighborhood is safe, clean, quiet and walking distance to great restaurants. The laundry facility on site made our stay easy and convenient. The apartment is charming, older and not sound proof, but to be expected in a building of this era, there are 3 other apartments in the building. We stayed in the 2nd floor apartment and it was perfect. A gem.

Great location, walkable to pubs and other restaurants. Nice decor and cozy atmosphere. Peaceful neighborhood for walks and runs, but not too far from highway. I recommend this place for long or short stays!

Awesome place! Tons of bedrooms and space, everything was clean and just like the photos! The hot tub was amazing! Will definitely stay again if I’m ever back in town!
